This condo sits at the base of the Snowflake lift for easy ski in/ski access to Breckenridge’s world renowned slopes. Nearby are cross country skiing trails and spaces to snowshoe. In the summer, you are at the trailhead of several different hikes offering beautiful views, wildlife, wild flowers and trails winding along streams. Fishing and mountain biking is close by as well. Yet this condo is only three blocks from the heart of Breckenridge’s Main Street full of restaurants, shopping and many kid friendly activities.
Blue Sky amenities include a heated pool and shared hot tubs, front desk check in and management, a workout room, and a game room for the kids and the young at heart. Use the private Blue Sky shuttle to whisk you to other parts of the mountain or to and from town. Charter Sports and a Lift Ticket office are located within the Blue Sky complex making your ski vacation a breeze. In the summer, Charter Sports offers mountain bikes and electric bikes so you can ride off to trails or town straight from Blue Sky.
This unit is located close to the pool area and has partial views of Baldy Mountain.
The Spa at Breckenridge is located inside the Blue Sky building.
Nearby, you're just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and loads of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
