  • Nestled in a quaint Elk Ridge neighborhood, this spacious townhome offers convenient access to the Snowflake Chairlift on Peak 9 and epic mountain views from the deck. Your vacation rental commands a prime location, just 250 yards from the Snowflake Chairlift at Breckenridge. In warmer months, visit the nearby Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve, a nature preserve featuring picturesque trails with signs noting nearby wildlife, plus tram rides. After a day on the slopes or sightseeing, return home and take a dip in the private hot tub, then gather for a movie night by the glow of the gas fireplace.

    The spacious living room provides ample natural light and vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy ambiance. Gather on the leather sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chairs for a movie night on the 55” TV with streaming capabilities and a Blu-ray player. Game night by the fireplace is another exciting possibility. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid pine cabinetry, granite counters, and a glass-top stove. Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom with its bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, 45” TV, private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are located on the lower level and include TVs, as well as hot tub access.

    Although this home is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Breckenridge's mild weather (elevation 9,600').

Excellent townhome near snowflake lift

We loved the easy walk to the snowflake lift,the cozy living dining area, view/windows and heated floors.We would for sure stay here again.

Great location, plenty of room

The house provided everything we needed with plenty of space for all of us. It was nice for everyone to have their own room and bathrooms. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great. The bus stop was right outside the property and a ski lift was within walking distance.

Great Location, Comfortable Home!

We had a wonderful time at this home. We had a summer vacation in Breck and the condo accommodated all of our needs. The location was perfect for hikes and an easy walk to town. Vacasa was quick to respond if we needed assistance with anything. Thank you!

The location worked great for access to Snowflake life - esp because we got our equipment from Canyon Sports at Blue Sky and were able to store it there overnight. Only down side was that there were a few minor maintenance issues. TurnKey was great to work with. We did appreciate the ability to have an early check-in and late check-out.

Perfect family getaway!

Comfortable , Convenient Condo

This condo is very conveniently located, as indicated in other reviews. It has odd decor - a mix of late 90's Woodsy/Asian style. Appreciated the updated TV's. Mattresses are fine, bed coverings are extremely thin & old. The view is amazing. The lower level heat didn't work for 2 days and it took 5 calls to the Vacasa 800# (long hold times and totally frustrating results) and then I tracked down the local maintenance office to assist me. The local team was awesome (Alan).

Perfect Roomy Mountain Retreat

Great location, lots of space and plenty of room for sleeping. Personal hottub is great. Wish there were window treatments (blinds) on the doors, however.

Great location!

Loved this unique property with 4 levels and an amazing on-mountain location. Walking to the lift was very quick and easy. The only downfall was traffic getting to 4 o’clock road— a minor inconvenience.

Great Location

Great property, good location, plenty of space in the house for us a 2 families total of 7. Plenty of towels and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped to fix a meal, and some staples were in the pantry. Seasoning, sugar, coffee tea, olive oil... The bed spreads & mattress’s could use updating. But overall we would rent again

Family ski trip with kids & grandkids

Very clean and nice property. Having several levels worked well for the grandkids to all spread out. Kitchen was well stocked (but it could use an ice cream scoop). We really enjoyed the hot tub. The only downside was there were a few minor maintenance items - doors hard to open/shut, jacuzzi tub jets did not work.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the space was adequate for two families staying here. This is NOT a ski in or ski out. There is a very convenient ski rental place just up the road that made storing our skis very convenient but pricey. This property is in dire need of an update. Carpets are filthy and beds/bedding worn out. Extra blankets were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The clothes dryer was terrible and we had to restart it 4 times to dry a small load. Kitchen faucet is broken and has no pressure. No baking sheets in kitchen. This could be a great place to stay but it's time to update.
