I was unable to make it there the first night because of weather, but I hadn't purchased the property manager's insurance, so they said they couldn't help me. I did purchase CSA insurance so I'll see if they will help. I arrived late (7 PM) the next evening and picked up the keys (supposed to be 3 of us in the unit, but only 2 of us made it) but there was only one key. There were no instructions regarding the parking pass, so I called but the after hours maintenance said he didn't know anything about it. Turns out the passes are left in the unit. When I got there I tried to connect to the internet following the instructions but couldn't. Called the after hours maintenance who didn't know how to hook up, but said someone would call me back in the morning. No one called back, but I saw the next door neighbor who told me I could connect to his. It seems the heat in the main area only works if the fireplace is on so that has to run almost constantly in cold weather. I never figured out how to ski in to the units, although I think you can cut through another property to get there.
None of this was a major obstacle (thanks to the neighbor), but I was only there 2 days so it seemed like there was little support for us. The unit itself was nice, a little dated but nothing bad.
