    In the center of Breck's Peak 9 area, you'll find this cozy one-bedroom. first floor condo, providing an ideal retreat among the mountains.

    As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you might need to whip up delicious meals and enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. Refresh in the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, complete with towels and basic toiletries, or take a relaxing soak in the four outdoor hot tubs or swim in the heated swimming pool (open year-round).

    Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washing machine and dryer, as well as high-speed WiFi to stay connected. Recent Speedtest app results were 685 Mbps (download) and 22.8 Mbps (Upload).

    Park your car in the underground assigned parking space. There also is unassigned surface parking available. The condo is located a short walk from the QuickSilver chairlift on Peak 9 as well as the shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Breckenridge.

Spring Break Ski Vacation

Excellent Breckenridge accomodations

One of the best vrbo experiences we've had. Host communicated effectively and everything you could possibly need was either on property or within short walking distance. Kitchen well stocked, great new bathroom with laundry and comfortable furniture.

Modern and clean condo in a quiet spot near the Quicksilver lift at Breckenridge. Well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Appreciated the underground parking spot nearly right below the unit. Thanks for a great stay.

Unbeatable stay in BRECK!

Perfect property for a relaxing getway! Condo is just as described and pictured - exceptionally modern, clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to explore the town. We really enjoyed the in-unit washer and dryer (which allowed us to pack light) and both the master bed and sleeper sofa were extremely comfortable. Thanks for the hospitality, Gary - we hope to stay again!

Great and cozy stay

We had a great time. Very nice condo and short walk to town and ski lift. The hot tubs are amazing, we were expecting one but there were four! Also loved the fireplace and underground parking. Gary the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will be coming back!

Perfect condo

Loved this place. The location is excellent. Just a couple minutes walk to the Village. We walked almost everywhere during our entire stay. We’ve actually paid $25+ to park at Breck and had to walk further to the lifts.

Excellent location and very clean property!

My husband, teenage daughter and I loved our time in Breckenridge! This property was perfect for our stay, and it had everything we needed. Very clean and newly remodeled, short walk to Quicksilver chair lift, and ski rental at Charter Sports (Marriott Mountain Lodge). We liked that we could park in the underground parking garage too. Would definitely stay here again!
