Dog-Friendly Slopeside Condo Near Main Street
This ski-in , stylish and cozy condo is one of the very few places in Breckenridge where you can bring your dog. It’s the perfect place for a getaway where you can ditch the car and enjoy the outdoors. We are a 30 second walk to the free bus, an eight minute walk to the gondola, and a seven minute walk to town!
- The Space - Our one bedroom one bath condo is the perfect place for a couple and one extra person to spend time enjoying the best of Breckenridge. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed and the living room couch has a full pull out. The location is unbeatable, located on the slopes and right by Main Street. You can practically ski right to the door and hike 5 minutes to the closest chairlift. (Note- 4 o clock run and snowflake chair lift do not open until December and close in April.) The bus stop is 30 seconds away and can take you straight to the gondola or any of the peak bases. In addition to being perfectly situated for skiing, our place is also only a 7 minute walk to Main Street!
Our kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials so you won't have to go out for all of your meals. Since so many of us are working from home, we have a desk set in the living room.
- Pets - If you are bringing a dog, please add the dog prior to booking so it adds on the pet fee. There is a $80 non-refundable pet fee per dog. VRBO only will charge you for one dog so please message if you are bringing a second as we will need to send you a payment request. Pet rules are pretty basic. Make sure your furry friend is well behaved. Please keep your dogs off our furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him. Please do not leave your dog unattended unless they will stay quiet.
- Extra Amenities - The building has a shared sauna and hot tub. Maintenance issues do come up from time to time and they are usually solved within a day. Like any building with a hot tub, we make no guarantee it will be in working condition during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE- The building is old and the ceiling and walls are thin. If you are sensitive to noise, you should be aware of this before staying at any units at Wildwood Suites.
- Parking - Parking is all outdoors and it is not covered. Your stay includes parking for one car, but you must display a parking pass to avoid being towed. Parking passes can be found in the unit.
- Bus - We are right next to the Ski Hill Road bus stop. This is on the Gold Route, and will take you to the Gondola, F Lot, as well as Peak 7 and Peak 8.
- Walking - We are a seven minute walk to town and an eight minute walk to the Gondola. Definitely the easiest way to get anywhere! Other things to note We are a ski-in condo from the bottom of the Four O'Clock ski run. At the end of your ski day, you can use your phone as a GPS or keep an eye open at the bottom of the run for a split - head down and to the right and you're right at the top of the road by the building! The ski run to the condo does not open until at least mid December, when there is enough snow. License number 0970000174

Great location and comfortable home. We enjoyed the trail nearby and stream behind the building. We were able to walk everywhere. Our dog even seemed to find everything relaxing.
Loved the creek out back, the hot tub and the charcoal grill. Plus having a full kitchen made the place seem like home. Also Erica was very responsive to any questions or issues we were having.
Really convenient location. Close to dining, shopping and trailheads. Easy to access with parking in front of building and only 3 or4 steps up to the apartment level. Owners were helpful with providing local guidance and tips. This was a great place for a couple of Texans to escape the 2023 summer heat.
Our family's Christmas lodge doesn't accept pets, so we rented this condo that was pet friendly. There were a lot of dogs, so our dog felt right at home. Thank you so much for having our pet be accepted here!
Beautifully decorated / appointed condo perfect for two people looking for a Breckenridge getaway. Highly recommend and will stay here again next time we're in Breckenridge. Perfect location too... Can walk to downtown Breckenridge and the ski lift within 5 minutes!
Everything about this property was awesome! The space was the perfect size for my wife and I to rest between ski days. Erica was so helpful throughout the entire process and we had everything we needed. The communication was fantastic and all of our questions were answered. My wife and I were able to walk to the lift in the mornings and ski pretty close to the front door. We walked downtown every night (only 5 minutes) to enjoy shopping and dinner. I would absolutely stay here again!
