Skiers and snowboarders alike will be pleased to know Breckenridge Ski Resort is only three and a half miles away, and if you and your group would like to experience Breckenridge at its finest, Breck Main Street is definitely the place to be! Find endless dining options, souvenir shops, convenience stores, coffee shops, a shopping center and so much more. Other must-visit attractions include Escape Room Breckenridge, Carter Park and Pavilion, and Breckenridge Golf Club.
This gorgeous mountain charmer offers an incredible setting for your entire family to enjoy. The first floor features a grand great room with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams and is bathed in natural light. The star is definitely the floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace surrounded by plenty of inviting seating - this is the ultimate gathering spot where you can snuggle up by the warmth of the fire while planning all of your next adventures. The large dining table allows for more formal meals or family game nights. A small flight of stairs will lead you to the nicely appointed kitchen, which is complete with all stainless steel appliances, a beautiful island, and a small breakfast bar. A second living area can be found right off the kitchen. This space is all about entertainment with a large TV and plenty of board games. Break out any of the games and enjoy a thrilling evening at home while the warmth of the wood stove keeps you nice and toasty. Attached to the second living area is a newly refurbished sunroom that is the perfect place to dry off after a soothing bath in your hot tub. There is functional office with a desk. You'll also find a large TV in the great room and family room as well as another large TV in the master bedroom for your enjoyment.
The remaining three bedrooms are all located upstairs. The primary bedroom features a California King bed and enjoys an en suite bathroom and double vanity and a lofted indoor seating area where you can read a good book, listen to music, or simply enjoy some time on your own.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: Active surveillance cameras: One located outside of the home pointing at the front door and perimeter. This is on the outside of the home. Only there looking out the front door for security proposes
Backyard Camera: active surveillance camera only faces the back yard, and only a small portion of the corner of the deck area
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
