This home is in an incredible location, within walking distance of everything Breck has to offer. You can be on the slopes in no time, with two lifts just a 10-minute walk away. The BreckConnect Gondola, just 3 blocks from the home, connects you to Peaks 7 and 8. The Snowflake lift is only a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get on the slopes. Breckenridge Ski Resort, 2.5 miles away, offers five peaks and great après-ski dining.

Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is less than a 10-minute walk, filled with shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Take a scenic stroll along the Blue River Recreation path, lined with trees and running parallel to Main Street’s charming shops and eateries.
