This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Beaver Run Resort combines comfort and convenience with breathtaking mountain views from its 3rd-floor location. Steps from the Quicksilver SuperChair, this ski-in/ski-out property is perfect for winter enthusiasts. The bright living room features a wood-burning fireplace, a 50” Smart TV, and a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is well-equipped with updated appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a dining area with seating for 3.



Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and views of the Quicksilver SuperChair. The second bedroom includes 2 queen beds and a Smart TV. Guests can enjoy resort amenities, including heated pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and an arcade. Additional perks include a private ski locker, a free shuttle into town, and a balcony for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and 1 paid parking space in the shared parking garage with 10' clearance. The parking fee is $38/night. Additionally, enjoy Beaver Run Resort’s amenities, including pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, an arcade, and more.

This Beaver Run Resort condo offers unmatched convenience with ski-in/ski-out access and proximity to downtown Breckenridge. The Beaver Run SuperChair lift is just steps away, providing intermediate skiers with access to "blue runs" and experts with a direct connection to the Falcon Chair on Peak 10. Beginners can enjoy lessons and easy terrain right at the resort, making it an ideal destination for all skill levels.



Downtown Breckenridge is only a 3-minute walk, offering unique shops, happy hour specials (don’t miss MiCasa or Breckenridge Brewery), and excellent dining. Experience The Dredge, the world’s highest floating restaurant, where summer visitors can even feed the ducks. Families will enjoy the Mountain Top Children's Museum, featuring crafts, dress-up activities, and more. Seasonal events add to the vibrant downtown atmosphere.

Ski-in/ski-out access ensures the slopes are always within reach, while downtown Breckenridge is just a short walk away. The Summit Stage bus provides free transportation to Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Keystone, making it easy to explore the wider area.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.





In the summer, Peak 9 Closing Day-Thanksgiving, the cost is $15 per night per vehicle. Winter, Thanksgiving to Peak 9. Closing Day charges have increased to $42 per night per vehicle. Additional vehicles above and beyond the one-car bedroom can be discussed by calling the front desk, however, they are not guaranteed, and the costs will differ. We can guarantee one car per bedroom.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
