This spacious 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home will comfortably fit multiple families or a large group. It will actually sleep 20 in beds & a sofa sleeper. You will love the mountain views from the large deck w/ grill and hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, two sinks, double ovens, professional gas cooktop and all the cooking supplies you will need with plenty of seating for the entire family. The master suite has a private deck and large ensuite complete with shower and jetted tub. The home has been beautifully furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding. Need a break from the kids? Send them down to the family room stocked with a foosball table, board games, gas fireplace and big screen TV. This is in a great location with hiking on the property (multiple miles of trails), close to town and is just as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen with everything our family needed. Steve and Traci were very gracious hosts and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

great stay

we had a large group of girls for a birthday and bachelorette party in Breck and this house was perfect to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen and living spaces are large and allow large groups to spend time together well while allowing everyone their own space. It is the perfect distance from Main St as well as any adventures such as snowmobiling or skiing. The owners communicated very well with us before and throughout the stay as well

Awesome Location - Perfect for a big family

We spend Christmas here and it was absolutely perfect!! Kids were able to sled in the front yard - about a 5 min drive to the gondola lot / downtown. 10 min drive to the Frisco sled park. Would not hesitate to stay again. Amazing Hosts that are very responsive!

We had a great time. The home is beautiful and has an amazing view of the mountain from the windows. The bedrooms were large and everyone slept well. I would stay at this home again if we return to Breck!

Best Stay in Breck

We’ve been coming to Breck for many many years and this is the best place we’ve ever stayed! It had plenty of space for our multi-generational family. The location is perfect. The home is beautiful, well appointed, and so well cared for. Working with the hosts was easy. Truly a wonderful experience from top to bottom. We’ll be back at this location for sure!

Holiday In Breckenridge

We spent my 50th BD, Christmas and NYE at the house and it couldn't have been more perfect. We were all blown away by the views and the house was very spacious even with 13 in our party. Traci and Steve were very communicative through the entire process. We highly recommend this experience!

Family Thanksgiving Get Together

This is an amazing property with very attentive owners. We had 14 adults and 4 kids 3-6 yrs, representing 3 generations from 5 states meet for a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday. The house includes all we needed to cook and serve a great T-Day dinner. The hot tub was enjoyed by all and the views of the mountains and sky was awesome, esp on a clear night. Great location to town and activities. We hope to get back soon.

Perfect “hideaway”

This house was perfect for our group of 9. It could have handled more comfortably. The location was great with easy access into town yet we felt we were in the trees with a beautiful view of the mountain. Everything was beautifully stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation during ski season with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandgirls! This house gave us plenty of room to spread out. Basically, my husband and I slept in the lovely master bedroom suite upstairs while our son and family slept downstairs. The girls loved the bunk room, Our son and his wife enjoyed a spacious king room with private bath. There was a downstairs family room with games and a fireplace that opened up to an outside hot tub (a favorite feature for ALL). The kitchen was upstairs and fully equipped with everything needed to cook and bake! The view from the upstairs dining area was second to none- FANTASTIC! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect House!

We recently rented this beautiful home and we all had a great time. The house was large enough to accommodate my entire family of 14 with room to spare. Steve checked in to make sure we were settled and gave a few recommendations of places we could take the children sledding. Above and beyond! The views of the mountain are incredible and the location is close to several ski resorts. Highly recommend this amazing vacation home!
