The unit is conveniently located on bottom floor making it easy to ski-in and ski-out. Very short walk to Quicksilver lift, pool, hot tubs, or downtown. If you want a room with a view though this unit doesn’t give you much to see other than a few trees and the street. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Was disappointed in the lack of toiletries that were supposed to be included. Had to purchase our own toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex. Didn’t have adequate towels in every bathroom either. One wash cloth and one hand towel in a bathroom isn’t enough. This is more of an issue with cleaning staff than unit, but something to be aware of and we probably could have called manager and had it taken care of, but we just made do. The TV’s in all 3 bedrooms never worked because they could not get a signal. Luckily, they had DVD players. The TV in the living room worked part of the time, but 2 of our 3 evenings it also lost signal and we were unable to watch. Again more of an issue with the internet than the unit, but something to be aware of.

Awesome location great ski in and ski out location. Beautifully decorated condominium Excellent property management. Had a problem with the plumbing and was promptly fixedHere are the few negatives minimum kitchen space two chefs in the family. No pantry space ie no where to store a weeks worth of food we pack light no in room washer and dryer and those that are available one washer and dryer for the complex frequently used. Tried to air out cloths in closets No closet space they are packed with the owners private properties Overall a very positive experience but would pack cloths for your entire trip and either shop for groceries daily or eat out. I would rent again but plan better

House was perfect. Perfectly located between the town, the lodge and peak 9 chair lift. The house had everything we needed. House nicely decorated and stocked for the little things needed while traveling. That meant a lot!!!! Host was the best… and invest in the chalet parking. Soooooo perfect and worth it!!!!! We will be back!!!!

Family Winter Wonderland

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it was just as fabulous. The location is the most convenient to take kids to ski school. Being on the first floor was great for kids to play in the snow in the backyard. The game room and pool/hot tub are always a fav after a day of skiing. We were able to walk to delicious restaurants. Highly recommend.

Five Star Gathering Point

Our family just spent a wonderful week at The Gathering Point and had a great time. The condo was very clean, beautifully furnished and supplied with everything we could ask for. It was so nice to have plenty of glasses, utensils, and small appliances etc. to make our stay comfortable and stress free. The location is perfect, a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town, and easy access to the Quicksilver Lift. The pool and hot tub are a short walk and became a daily ritual. Jackie is great owner and was very attentive to any questions we had. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge for over 20 years and The Gathering Point is up there with the best accommodation available. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking for first class accommodation in Breckenridge.

Fantastic Ski-In, Ski-Out Stay in Breckenridge!

We had a wonderful stay at this ski-in, ski-out condo over Presidents’ Day weekend! The home was clean, welcoming and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it easy to settle in and relax. The beds were very comfortable, and the layout was great for our group.The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with quality cookware and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. We also appreciated the ample storage space for our ski gear—it was well thought out and made organizing everything a breeze. The amenities really made it fun for the kids and adults: multiple hot tubs, sauna, indoor/outdoor connected pool, free arcade, pool table, and movie room.The location couldn’t be better and was the biggest highlight for us. Just steps from both the Quicksilver lift, and Breck village gave us the perfect mix of convenience and easy access to restaurants and shops.The owner was fantastic to work with—very responsive and helpful, even assisting with additional parking needs. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, thanks to the clear and detailed instructions.Overall, this was a fantastic home base for our Breckenridge trip, and we’d love to stay here again!

Village at Breckenridge property

This property is beautiful, homely and well equipped. Lots of personal touches (like owner recommended where to eat and what to do guides, makeup wipes and makeup towels) were appreciated). I don’t think we could have gotten closer to the Quicksilver Chairlift if we tried! A very quick flat walk, less than 5 minutes, and you are at the chairlift. The property is also well positioned and close to the Village and other amenities. Entry to the home and other complex amenities is electronic via a phone app. Details to access and download are issued before you arrive. As there is a fair bit of set up information to get through and action, I recommend doing this as early as possible to smooth out any initial hiccups and make arrival stress free. Phenomenal condo and location

Spacious, clean, well-stocked, everything you could need. Great communication with hosts. Location can’t be beat - definitely ski in/out plus storage for skis. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo for big group!

It was my third time staying at Village at Breck and this condo was absolutely perfect in so many ways. It accommodated our large group of 9 (family & friends), was tastefully decorated and fully stocked! We wanted for nothing in this place. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of extra bedding and all of the comforts of home in decor and functionality. As annual vacationers to Breck, we will definitely be back to stay here. Thanks for sharing your beautiful ski home with us!

Ski Getaway

We lived this condo. The space was great for our group. First floor access is so convenient! Jackie was super helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other places around town. The condo was just as pictured. I loved the kitchen - it has everything you need to prepare wonderful meals with lots of spices and pantry staples. We will look here first the next time we come to Breckenridge!

Family Ski Vacation

5-Stars isn’t enough! Our stay at the Gathering Pointe was absolutely fantastic! It far exceeded our expectations, and our host, Jackie, was terrific! The unit was exactly as described and in a perfect location for ski in/ski out! We will definitely be back, so if you are looking for the perfect ski vacation, the Gathering Pointe is it! 10 Stars!!
