「Great location and beautiful property! 」

「This condo is located in an amazing location very near the campus. We walked to northgate and the game. It is very safe. The place was extremely clean. I love the extra touches they include like plenty of hand towels, soap, shampoo etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only knock on the place is I wish there was a normal sized garbage can in the kitchen area. 」

Communication with the Property Manager was also 10/10.A note for light sleepers: The renters/owners of the unit above are loud! From running, stomping, moving furniture around, you can hear everything. Also, there is a drainage line that runs thru the ceiling of this property. 「We had a fabulous weekend stay at the Brazos Bear! The loft held our family of six comfortably, and everyone from 11 to 92 loved it. It’s even better than the pictures! The location was perfect - close to the zoo, Mammoth National Monument, Baylor, the Silos, and a variety of delicious food options.
