"O local é muito bom, bonito, tudo novo, o quarto é super confortável. Porém precisa melhorar no serviço prestado ao hóspede. Fiz uma reserva para três pessoas, chegando no quarto só havia roupa de cama para duas. As roupas de cama só chegaram após as 21:30 depois de várias solicitações. O local do café da manhã não fica no Chalé. Você tem que pegar o carro e se descolar para outro local. Acho que seria importante deixar claro isso na descrição da reserva."

"Chalé no alto da montanha, muito espaçoso e confortável. Café da manhã servido na cesta, no horário que você programar. Simples, mas suficiente. Para incrementar, levamos algumas coisas de casa, como chá, bolachas, mais frutas etc. como sugestão, poderia ter uma máquina de café expresso no chalé. Tem uma cafeteira, e pô de café de cortesia. Lugar maravilhoso! Acesso rústico e um pouco longe do centro, mas vale o charme do passeio. Tiago nos atendeu e ficou a disposição o tempo todo. Parabéns...

"Very hospitable Lovely hotel and nicely decorated In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine. Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels. Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends Only very few negatives Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains Take your own iron Laundry can get expensive All in all really happy we chose this hotel "
