Arrive, take a deep breath and feel at home - right in the centre of Braunschweig and yet very quiet. This stylish flat offers you everything you need for a great stay in Braunschweig: Modern design, a fantastic roof terrace and an unbeatable location.

Start your day here with a fragrant NESPRESSO coffee while you enjoy the first rays of sunshine on your 10 square metre roof terrace. And after an eventful day, the spacious daybed invites you to end the evening cosily with a cool drink.

The flat itself is furnished with great attention to detail: A comfortable king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep, while the cosy 160x200 sofa bed offers space for additional guests. The large smart TV with Waipu TV makes film evenings a pleasure, and the small but well-equipped studio kitchen has everything you need to fulfil your culinary wishes.

The newly renovated bathroom has a modern shower - fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo are of course included.

And the best thing? You're right in the centre of the action but still in a quiet location! The Altstadtmarkt is less than 100 metres away and the Kohlmarkt just 300 metres. Restaurants, bars, shopping facilities and even the VW Hall are just a few steps away.

Coming by car? For your convenience, we have reserved a permanent parking space in the car park (300m).

    Lage ist sehr zentral.Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet Bett sehr gemütlich und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich.Die Ankunft mit der Schlüsselbox wurde im Vorfeld per Email sehr gut beschrieben und gab überhaupt keine Probleme. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.Danke Sonja
