Hotel has stolen £1,018.77 of my money!

Totally shocked by the service! Booked for this hotel only to receive a message around 1/2 hour later that they had no available rooms. Whilst I thought this was strange that I could book for a room and pay over £1000 then to find out its not available, I just accepted that they made a mistake as we all do sometimes. But now having had the money go out of my account both the hotel and hotels.com who it was booked through are refusing to repay me! Is hotels.com a scam or this hotel Centro!?

Die Küchennische war einfach gruselig, sehr dreckig und einfach ecklig. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart; das Möbel sehr alt und dreckig. Insgesamt sehr runtergekommen alles… kein Frühstück möglich, Personal an der Rezeption (wenn man diese überhaupt so nennen darf ) sehr ungepflegt..

Er was geen ontbijt voorziening meer aanwezig, waarvan geen melding op de website. Deze was wel inbegrepen. Hebben zelf uit mogen zoeken waar wel konden ontbijten, dat was in een winkelcentrum op zo'n 500 mtr afstand. Verder een bedbank in de familiekamer die moeilijk tot een fatsoenlijk bed was te transformeren. Kortom niet een echt prettig verblijf. Parkeren is daar deels op straat, als er plek is. De parkeer mogelijkheid boven het winkelcentrum op 500mtr werd niet benoemd door de medewerker of op de website.
