The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need:

Stove with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, French press, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator, and much more.

In the basement, you'll find a separate freezer and a second toilet.

From the living/dining room, two steps lead directly to the large, furnished, south-west facing sun terrace.

Here you can enjoy the sunset while grilling.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible.
