「There is a lot to be said for stripping everything back to the basics and getting back to nature. The views and surroundings were incredible and peaceful doesn’t quite cover it - you are literally on your own and it is perfect. The dog loved it, and it was nice not to need to worry about potential other dogs, he was wild & free.」

「We had a lovely stay at this pretty and comfortable pod. Jean was very helpful and friendly and pod was very well equipped and laid out. No wasted space but plenty of room. Great shower, oodles of hot water and plenty of power points. Wi-Fi excellent and plenty of cosy touches. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a property that’s tucked away but the host is at the farmhouse nearby. We will be back! Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay and cuddles with your dogs!」

「Beautifully finished apartment and to a high standard. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating on what was a very busy evening for them. Food was lovely and presented well, amazing coffee too.

「Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special. The cabin is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. I think the local cider and homemade chocolate brownies was a really nice touch. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat with your partner with amazing views of the countryside then this is the place for you. Will definitely be back. Our two chocolate Labradors...
