「山の中のホテルで、ナマケモノなどの動物が見れてとてもおもしろい環境でした。部屋は清潔感があり、オーナーはとても親切でした。足りないものはチェックイン時にお願いするといいです。シャワー室とトイレに仕切りがあると、トイレが濡れなくてなお良いと思いました。 エクスペディアでは朝食付きとありましたが、実際は朝食なしでした。修正した方がいいと思います。」

「Terrible location if you don’t have a rental. Too far to walk to town or the beach and local taxis and Ubers are unfamiliar with its location in the sticks. No restaurants nearby. This is an eco lodge, meaning, no air conditioning, and boy will you miss hit. You will boil alive in your room. Staff provided an extra fan, which did little to help.」

「Bien que jolie avec une belle terrasse extérieure, cette maison manque d’entretien : porte de placard branlante, 2 lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement empêchant de dormir, un robinet de lavabo déscellé, micro-ondes en panne, porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, et interrupteurs difficiles à trouver. Nous avons été aussi un peu déçu de l’accueil froid de la propriétaire, pas franchement à l’écoute et peu prévenante: nous avons certes eu 1h de retard sur l’heure d’arrivée mais personne pour nous...

「Nice swimming pool, staff friendly and very helpful. Kitchen very well equipped and functional. Location great- Very close to a beach, national park entrance and bus stop. Unfortunately there is a plumbing issue so there was often a nasty smell by the poolside and both toilets in our rooms didn’t flush properly.」

The only thing that would have been helpful would be to have more room amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, hangers, more towels… etc. Property is clean, close to everything in Puerto Viejo, within walking distance to the beach, has a good breakfast, and staff is very friendly.」

「The hotel is on the beach, open your patio door and you have a view of the ocean beyond the garden. The sound of the waves lull you sleep. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous tropical flora, coconuts & palms. It’s also close to all amenities. Several upscale restaurants, artisan bakeries & shops as well as delicious street vendors. I extended my stay because there’s so much more to do here than I initially anticipated. The hotel staff are helpful & accommodating 10/10」
