Cozy Stay

Family Vacation

The house and resort was clean and a very nice community. The location was prefect just outside of downtown Branson but still close to attractions and fun activities. Beds were super comfy!! Did have a little bit of a hornet issue. Both my husband and little girl were stung pretty bad. We called customer service and they brought us more hornet spray which hopefully takes care of the problem for the next guest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property served its purpose. Lots of dead flies and bugs in the cabin. Very dusty. Lots of cleaning product left visible in the cabin. No coffee available like in other cabins.

Beautiful cabin. Enjoyed our stay. Little musty smelling upon entering. Coffee maker needs to be cleaned or replaced. Would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place to Relax

Was a very nice place, no complaints other than the fireplace. This is the second time we have stayed and the fireplace did not work. Had a friend come by and he was able to fix it, so good luck.

Everything seemed to be in working order. The carpet has stains and definitely looks worn. The walls near kitchen in high traffic areas looked like they could use a fresh coat of paint and the blinds needed a good cleaning. Otherwise it was great!

No coffee when we arrived for our morning breakfast (but we left some for the next tenant). Coffee pot took over an hour to brew...needs to be replaced. The beds were so uncomfortable that all 3 of us had cricks in our necks. The pillows were flat as pancakes. This place needs some updates or lower your prices.

Okay stay

The cabin overall was a nice set up and the area was beautiful. We enjoyed the property and the kids enjoyed the pool and fishing pond. The cabin floors could have been cleaner. We let our baby crawl on the floor and after a few minutes his hands and legs were covered in dirt and the master bathroom smelled like old urine had been left on the floor around the toilet and not cleaned up. When we used the ice machine on the freezer dirt came out with the ice. Pretty gross. The rest of the cabin was pretty clean. The only other complaint we have is the beds! They are not very comfortable. The master bed sagged in the middle and when we looked under the bed they had a stone propping up the bed.

Nice cabin but too many flaws that need addressed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For having to pay $1200 for 3 nights I definitely thought my families experience would be much better at this cabin. It did look very nice and I will give that to them. After reading reviews after my stay I noticed in 2019 someone gave a poor review because the bed was unlevel and very uncomfortable. My husband and I had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed because otherwise our feet would be a good 4 inches above our chests. Felt like you were sleeping upside down. The response the previous complaint got was we will look into it and get it fixed.... Welp they didn’t fix it so I don’t think it will be fixed for the next people who stay at the cabin either. There is an electric grill that will continuously make the GFCI outlet flip in the kitchen so you can not use it. Very disappointing after my husband and I went and brought $80 worth of grilling food. They do not give us enough towels or toilet paper. We had to buy our own toilet paper and wash towels for our whole stay. There was no dishwashing soap for the dishwasher either. So I spent the whole weekend washing dishes by hand. The knives are extremely dull, so it’s hard to cut meat with. The coffee pot is just ridiculous. It trickles down so slowly it takes a half an hour to brew a pot of coffee.. One of the biggest things that annoyed me was there disclaimer that we would be charged if we called them for assistance! Apparently they will only address emergencies outside of business hours, which doesn’t include the weekend. There was seriously quite a few things wrong with our stay and I refused to call and pay them to help us with things that should’ve already been taken care of. Also there was no map given to us and no information about where all the amnesties like the pool were at. We didn’t figure everything out until our last night there.

Could've been better

Therefore, I boiled water to bathe. :(
