I wish i'd read the reviews. The unit was dirty and there were so many broken things in the unit that it led me to actually complain for the first time in 25 plus years renting units.
There were 2 drinking glasses, broken bed, broken lights...no storage. It lists several TVs, none are set up for streaming, the living room is amazon only, the bedrooms are set up for DVDs only, that should be listed. The fireplace had a sign not to use, that should not be listed. This is just to name a few issues...the list was long. I emailed the office and then while looking for contact information i stumbled on tons of complaints, the same we had that had clearly not been resolved. There was a guest book there that was also full of complaints...i really hope they take note and fix these things because its wrong to keep renting without fixing or at least notifying people of the problems. Some of the complaints go back a year! the company refunded us 1 night, which was a nice gesture, and said they'd contact the seller, but had we known half of what was wrong, we'd never booked here. It was a real bummer... i just dont think its right to charge top price when we have stayed in much better units for far less.
