"This is a fantastic property and my family loved it immensely. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen great for cooking , and there were tons of places to relax. We especially loved the garden, the little pool , and the family room.It has lots of great little touches that you will be sure to enjoy. We were sad. We only had a three nights stay and would’ve loved to stay longer and longer. It is a fantastic place to explore both Austria and Germany.I would highly recommend this to all."

"Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, 24h Hofladen, alles was man braucht um abzuschalten, war nicht das letzte Mal."

"Loved the 2 bedroom apartment. My daughter loved the entire farm, especially the Alpacas. We spent almost an hour just watching and interacting with the Alpacas and the farmhouse was perfect. Such a beautiful setting. Large apartment space and a nice balcony. Would highly recommend if you are in the area. Host was very warm and inviting. If you want to get off the "beaten path" in a great area of Germany, I cannot recommend it enough. "

"Die Wohnung war für uns ideal, da wir uns mit der Familie - alles Erwachsene!- dort treffen wollten, um von dort Tagesausflüge zu machen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, freundlich, hell, sauber und hat ein bisschen Jugendherbergsfeeling :-). Als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge war das sehr gut. Die Ausstattung war gut, um morgens gemeinsam frühstücken zu können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wer allerdings am Ort bleiben und nicht die Umgebung erkunden will, für den ist...

"Die Wohnung war Tip Top! Da sie direkt an der Straße liegt ist es leider nur kurzeitig möglich Rollos und Fenster zu öffnen, da sonst zu laut und man ist für jedermann sichtbar.Zudem knarren die Betten (leicht).Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreich vorhanden."

"Pros: Die Größe der Wohnung und die Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen. Ebenso positiv ist das Freibad im Ort zu bewerten. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind gut."

"Wir haben eine Woche im Kugelthal in diesem wundervollen Häuschen verbracht. Unser 12 Jahre alter großer Hund war dabei und wir waren froh, daß er keine Treppen steigen mußte, obwohl wir im oberen Geschoß gewohnt haben (mit wunderbarem Sichtdachstuhl). Mit 70 qm hat man in dieser Unterkunft wirklich sehr viel Platz. Das Vermieterpärchen ist super sympatisch und kümmert sich darum, wenn etwas fehlt. Die Umgebung ist ländlich und ruhig - so wie es uns gefälllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Bei dieser Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist für Naturliebhaber bestens gelegen, liegt dementsprechend allerdings etwas abseits der nächsten Stadtzentren. Ein Auto ist hier sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden Vermieter, die sich wirklich außergewöhnlich toll um ihre Gäste kümmern. Diese Unterkunft kann ich bestens empfehlen. "

"Pros: Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, optimal um zu entspannen und wohlfühlen. Der Vermieter ist um das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr bemüht und besorgt. Cons: Leider hat die Wohnung viele Dachschrägen und zum Bad eine niedrige Tür. Ab einer Körpergröße von ca. 175cm gibt es leicht Kopfschmerzen."

"neu renoviert - freundlich und modern - Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig - Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Als Beschattung sind Roll-Läden vorgesehen - ein Relikt aus vergangenen Zeiten, das allerdings äußerst funktionell ist! Das Bad ist total neu ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Wir hätten uns im Bad ein wenig mehr Ablagefläche gewünscht - ein Stockerl im Eck würde schon reichen... Unser Zimmer war "hinten raus" und daher sehr ruhig. "

"Dont book through a third party website as you need a hotel issued bookijg reference to check in after 6pm as no human manned reception, only a computer on the putside of the building. We booked at 5pm. By 6.15pm we still hadnt got the correct booking reference issued by the hotel and had to call customer services. The email with correct booking code on didnt comw through u til after 11pm. Terrible service!! Also some furniture on the room like the barhroom a inet, had the door broken off it when we arrived. Just looked a mess. Lots of noise from other residents as the floor are wood so all the noises of footsteps and chairs being moved etc bangs through the floors."

"Die Mitarbeiter haben mit ihrer gästeorientierten und sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Art bewiesen, dass es ihn doch noch gibt; den perfekten Kunden- bzw. Gästeservice. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und hatte Extras, mit denen wir nicht unbedingt gerechnet hatten. Von der Regendusche über das tolle Bett bis zum Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank etc. im Zimmer hat alles dazu beigetragen, dass der sehr angenehme Aufenthalt noch angenehmer wurde. Lediglich würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite wünschen, da man bei geöffneten Fenster nachts jedes Wort hört, das die rauchenden Gäste im Eingangsbereich sprechen. "
