Katharina's Alpine Hut

The house is divided into two floors:

5 bedrooms, connecting rooms, 2 showers upstairs, and 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

The 180 sq m ground floor includes the entrance, a small terrace with a seating area, the kitchen with a large dining area, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Grandma's old wood-burning stove, a four-burner electric stove, a dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer compartments, a coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

Also available are a lounge with two armchairs, a separate toilet, and a ski storage area in the woodshed. Utilities, heating, electricity, and firewood are included.

Additional charges apply for local tax and mobility levy per person aged 15 and over.
