「In our Expedia profile we have requested 1st floor. No 1st floor rooms were available, which is fine until they tell us there is NOT an elevator!! We are senior citizens with health issues, if what is listed on our profile is not available, we should be notified before booking so we can go elsewhere. This is not acceptable Expedia! And, perhaps the hotel should include on their website that they don't have an elevator!」

「With Breakfast everything was out of order and tables were all dirty. Hotel staff was sitting behind front counter talking guest had to go ask for things including the omelettes that were kept in the freezer. When booking a room for 6 guestst they only include 4 wristbands the others you need to purchase. Staff in the waterpark was inconsistent one day my grandson was ok you use the big water slide being a 1/2 to short. The next day it was a no. He can't go down them.」

「Have been staying there over several years and have seen a decline in quality and decline in staffing. Room was clean but unfortunately smelled like mold. Suspect it came from AC/Heater wall unit. Also noticed a decline in breakfast options and quality. Will consider staying eleswhere next time.」

「Walking into the motel there was a chemical smell. Not sure what it was cleaning or disinfecting. Got a room key andwent to the room. Small room no clock and notice the toilet in the bathroom. It was off center kind of turned towards the wall a little. Should have been our first clue. But we needed to get to a wedding. So we left on returning And taking off our shoes, the carpet was damp. I walked into the bathroom and the toilet was leaking out of the bottom, which the bathroom floor was wet....
