We welcome you to our beautiful Villa Verde, renovated in 2022 and located in NW Bradenton, just a 10 minute drive away from the award winning beaches of Anna Maria Island. Much closer, just up the road, you can walk, bike or kayak at Robinson Preserve, a 600+ acre nature preserve. New private heated pool with transquil sounding water features and sun shelf.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home is the perfect spot for your next Florida vacation. All bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming cable TV and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, as well as en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second & third bedroom with queen and two twin beds, respectively, are located on the opposite side of the home. Both share a bathroom with a tub-shower.

The kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas), granite counter tops and island, is centrally located. Here you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for everyone. A full size washer and dryer are available in the garage.

The living room has a large wall mounted smart TV and oversized plush and comfortable sectional. An additional smaller second living area with sofa and TV is available right next to the kitchen, ideal for kids to watch TV or play while you can keep an eye on them when preparing meals.

Outdoor is your heated & private pool, a screened in lanai which plenty of seating, as well as a large backyard with a gas BBQ, gas firepit and even more seating. Once dark, turn on the string lights, sit around the fire pit and enjoy a beverage of your choice alongside a delicious BBQ meal or catch of the day.

Also available on the side of the home is a fenced in parking spot for a boat with trailer or RV. Kindly confirm with us prior to booking that the spot can accommodate your trailer or RV.

House was extremely clean and well stocked. Pool was a little too cool too get in. Pool was very clean. No complaints at all. Neighborhood was nice. If it had a Keurig, it would be perfect. Just my opinion.

If you rent this property it will be the best thing you have ever done. They thought of everything. It is fully equipped with everything a family needs for an unforgettable vacation. I do not have a single complaint about our stay here. I would stay here if I were to visit the area again.

Beautiful 😍

Beautiful property!! Everything we could need or want was available to us! Gas, groceries, coffee and food were all very close by! Beaches and amazing restaurants were very close by which was an added bonus! Overall I would have given this beautiful property a 4.75, the ONLY thing that keeps it from getting a 5 star was the master bedroom bed. It was uncomfortable and could not get a good nights sleep. (Maybe a really great mattress topper or a good mattress would make all the difference) If that was fixed I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!!!

Villa verde review

Nice property in convenient location but over-priced. Property manager ( Alex) was cordial, responsive and accommodating. Furnishings quality were below average, as was the kitchen outfitings. We rented for 2 months and requested a free mid-rental housecleaning to no avail. Other properties that we’ve rented provided more/ better accessories ( bicycles, beach cart, etc). All-in-all a nice property in a convenient location but over priced with no long-term rental discount.

Respite

The property was well maintained, very clean, close to shopping, and within easy reach of all amenities NW Bradenton has to offer. The abundance of security cameras around the outside of the property was a little disturbing, but we found no obvious justification for them, and felt comfortable staying there. Island Dreams (the company managing the property) was easily accessible and very accommodating.

Excellent house for a weekend with friends

We had a fantastic experience at Villa Verde. The house is even nicer than the photos suggest, very clean, comfortable, well stocked, with a lovely outdoor space. We enjoyed grilling, having dinner outside, and sitting by the fire pit. Alex and his team responded quickly to questions and we had no issues with the house. It was great to have a dishwasher and laundry available too. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Short drive to the beautiful beaches of Ana Maria Island. We would absolutely stay again!
