Paradise in Perico Bay

Perico Bay Club is a world class Resort Style Community with award winning, lush landscaping conveniently located 2 miles to the pristine, sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. Located on the second floor. Over-sized screened lanai overlooking Perico's vast nature preserves and lagoon. High ceilings provide a lot of natural light.
Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, en-suite, double sinks and closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen sized bed with large closet. The eat-in-kitchen has tile as well as foyer and lanai. The spacious dining and family room are carpeted and offer a wonderful view of spectacular sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage. The couches are both sleeper sofas. Unit has beach chairs and bikes for personal use. Also offered is a single kayak that can be used anytime. (All are use at your own risk)
There are 9 different neighborhoods here, each with its own heated pool and spa. This home is directly across from this pool and spa. Olympic sized lap pool at the state-of-the-art Clubhouse with full fitness center, library, kitchen, meeting rooms, 4 lighted tennis courts and much more. There is a fishing and walking deck with bird sanctuary. There are many activities to join if you wish to do so. It is also across the street from Robinson Preserve. 24 hour guard gated community. One assigned carport parking space is included in front of your unit. This is a great condo in a fabulous community.

Amazing condo close to awesome beaches and stores

The condo comes with everything you could possibly need and more! Clean, organized, beautiful, the community was gorgeous, too! Mike was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were happy and that we had everything we needed. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again.
