We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host provided crystal-clear check-in instructions and reached out to us to make sure we were taken care of. The location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again! We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, as it was close to IMG as well as several stores and restaurants, and was just a short drive to the beach. The house was clean and well decorated and the amenities were great. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot for all types of groups

This property was beautiful and more than perfect! The host had wonderful communication the entire trip as well as before and after. The house had lots of items for cooking, laundry, and even a beach day.

Petr was a very good host. He replied to messages very quickly. The house was just like the pictures we saw on the site. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The pool and lanai area were a nice place to sit and read are just relax in the sun. We appreciated the tall privacy fence. The fenced in yard was great for our dog.

It was clean and well stocking with necessities. Very communicative host. Close to shopping areas but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and there were plenty of space on the property to enjoy family or friends.

Dad’s trip for Daughter’s tournament

What a great spot! Such a nice place, fully equipped, clean and so many extras. Petr was incredible at making us feel at ease with check in and everything in the house and property were TOP NOTCH!! We will be looking to stay here again!

Wonderful

We spent a whole week at Petr’s property .The house was clean, nice decorated and well equipped .The outdoor area with swimming pool was also a great addition to our stay. We really loved being there.We can truly recommend this property for other you would not regret.

Cute house loved the location

We stayed here for 9 days. Very quiet neighborhood the house was great. Clean and had everything you need for your stay. The host was great and was always available if you had any questions. We loved sitting outback by the pool and listening to all the ducks in the pond. Great experience and would definitely stay again.

Spent a week here. House was clean and matched pictures. Looks like it was updated in the last year or two. Had no issues. Plenty of towels/toilet paper/cleaning supplies.

Best house!!

Our family stayed for 3 nights and wish it was longer! We had the absolute best time. It was clean, extremely well stocked for games, toys and beach accessories!! Close enough to anything you need & quiet neighborhood making it the perfect spot! If I could give 10 stars I would! Owner was very quick to respond to all messages & so polite! We loved our stay! We absolutely plan to book again.

Family Friendly Property

My family had a great stay at this home in Bradenton! The house is conveniently located in Bradenton with quick access to stores (Publix, Walmart, etc.) and was a short drive to the stunning beaches on Anna Maria Island. The house comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children and we loved having chairs available for when we took trips to the beach. I would very much recommend this property to anyone looking for a carefree and relaxing vacation spot.

Beautiful home

We stayed here with my family for a last vacation with the kids as they are adults. We had so much fun. Between the pool and the game room, there is so much to do here. Everything was clean and tidy they even had stuff for you. If you wanted to go to the beach, they made sure this house had everything you needed for your vacation stay. We will definitely be back.

Bradenton Family Vacation

Great experience was had by the entire family. The house was clean and nicely decorated the neighborhood was quiet and close to AMI. The pool was beautiful and heated and was enjoyed by everyone. The grounds were well maintained. Peter was a great host who checked in upon our arrival to see if there was anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property for a family retreat.

Great Stay!

We stayed here for a week in May and we are so glad we picked this property. My husband and I caught a bad cold while traveling to Florida and the primary bedroom was nice and comfortable so we were able to rest up and recuperate. This was HUGE for us. We took turns watching the kids in the pool and they loved it!!! They spent most of their time swimming. They had a blast!! Overall, a great place to stay and the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful vacation home that has it all!!

My family was visiting from Europe and we all stayed at this beautiful home. Newly renovated and spacious. It was very clean, tons of amenities, and the pool was amazing! The game room was a hit with the kids! It was very nice having the beach chairs and wagon for our beach days. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home and would return.

Holiday Vacation

It is a beautiful house with everything you need. Could use a little more kitchen items such as a few more pots and pans and a pasta strainer. Nice neighborhood and stores are close by. The beach is close by also and there were plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories at the house. We really enjoyed the game room. We had a wonderful week & would definitely return. and beach items needed at the house.

Happy Thanksgiving Vacation Time

Really good time at the house, quite neighborhood, stores and supermarkets no more than 15 min driving distance. If you plan to go to Tampa or St. Pete, about an hour. The house was clean, if you need to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped. We didn't used the pool, but it was ready and clean. Communication with Petr is excellent.

Beautiful home in Bradenton, minutes from the beach

Beautiful home with all the nice perks away from home! Perfect location, minutes from Cortez, La Cocquina beach and Bradenton beach! Beautiful pool! Family loved the pool table, ping pong table and pool. However, not handicapped accessible in the bathrooms. There were deep tubs in both bathrooms. An outside shower was avail to use, but no hot water hooked up to it, only warmth from the Florida sun (about 30-40 seconds…..then runs cold). Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Our host Petr was near the best we've had in our many years coming to FL. Very attentive and accommodating. Communicates promptly if you have questions. The rooms were very well appointed. There was just us 2 most of the time, but our overnight guests liked the queen room. Lots of space with the large porch area and outdoor furniture for warm weather. Indoor dining area accommodates 8 people comfortably in 2 spaces. There's all kinds of games in the garage and water toys for pool or beach, and a sand friendly wagon. About 3 miles from Ana Maria island, but allow more time on busy traffic days to get over the bridge. The ping pong table is high quality and fun. Family equipment for all ages available. Pool needs 2 days to warm up before using. We had a few pleasant days to enjoy it. Our little dog got a bath in the garage sink, perfect for that.
