You will find the formal dining room with views of the outdoor paradise through the front foyer. There is a plush couch with two adjoining day chairs. Adjacent, you will find the formal dining room with seating for six. The gourmet kitchen has ample countertops, a desk, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a small dining table for four by the kitchen. You will find the formal living room full of natural light. There are two plush couches, a recliner, and a Smart TV.

Your outdoor paradise awaits. There is a sizeable free-formed pool that is completely caged in. Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the chaise lounge overlooking the stunning lake. There is an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to six.

The primary bedroom awaits! This spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, a large dresser, a walk-in closet, and plenty of space to unwind. Attached is the primary bathroom, which is spa-inspired with two vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead.
