Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire main house, located on a private half-acre lot that also includes a separate cottage. The cottage is a completely independent unit with its own listing and is not included in this reservation.
There is an owner's closet in the office/den that stores the cornhole boards—this should remain closed during your stay.
You’ll have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway, plus an optional third spot on the street directly in front of the house. Please do not block the driveway, as the cottage guests need clear access to enter and exit at all times.
Other things to note
Florida is a tropical climate, and while our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s not possible to eliminate all bugs. You may see the occasional lizard outdoors or experience mosquitoes in the evenings—especially after it rains. We recommend packing bug spray for your comfort.
You may notice our lawn care, trash/recycling, or pest control vendors on-site during your stay. These services help us keep the property in top condition and are scheduled regularly.
Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please place trash bags in the outdoor bin on Sunday and Wednesday evenings by 7:30 PM, so our team can bring them to the curb. If that’s not possible, place bags in the bin on Monday or Thursday morning to ensure pickup.
