Golfer's paradise! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, enjoy this seasonal villa located inside University Park Country Club. This two bedroom two bath villa overlooks the 14th hole of the beautiful golf course. A split plan design gives both bedrooms private space. The spacious master bedroom offers a walk-in closet and shower. The amenities include golf, tennis, fitness center and dining. Located West of I-75 and approximately 3.5 miles to University Town Center. Minutes away from delicious restaurants and approximately 8 miles to downtown Sarasota.

University Park offers four different Trial Memberships over three different time periods that enable you to enjoy it all! After booking a property this information will be made available to you for purchase. If you are interested in the trial memberships this must be set up through University Park. We are in no way affiliated with the programs that they offer. University Park is long recognized as one of the premier country clubs in our area. The 27-hole championship golf course, designed by world-renowned golf course architect Ron Garl, is consistently ranked one of the top courses in Florida. They also have a large practice area including two putting greens, a driving range and short game practice.
