Casa Palma has beautiful views and is situated close to an amazing nature reserve and a short drive from Ana Maria Island and beaches. The house was clean. My only complaints are the following, we paid for the pool to be heated and it was not even though the property owners texted us that they needed to have a confirmation of the additional cost to heat the pool four days ahead of planned arrival. The beds were really uncomfortable as were the pillows which made our stay less than relaxing. There are a lot of rules and it feels like the property owners are trying to nickel and dime you everywhere with excessive early check in and check out fees, an excessive cleaning fee even though they expect you to strip the beds and start the sheets in the laundry before you leave. The pool never got warm the six days we were there because they turn the pool heater off at night.

We enjoyed everything about this house. The location was great, and the pool and patio area was wonderful. The grandmother especially liked the indoor seating area with the view. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We were very happy with this choice in homes. Very clean and well stocked with all you could need. Great location. Only issue personally is that at this high pricepoint you have to ask for pool heat to be added at a tiny cost per night and its not just included.

Awesome bay water

House was beautiful. Had to regroup with pantry items bc owner keeps pantry in kitchen locked. Nonstick cookware needs replacing. Very roomie floor plan. Beautiful view from home of dolphins, manatee, birds, fish jumping! My boys loved to fish.

Beautiful Home and Views

Overall, we had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed the pool every day (sometimes multiple times a day) and watching the sunset. Lots of towels and extra blankets. Location was great and close to everything we needed. Communication with office staff was fast. My in-laws arrived first and said the floors were not super clean so my mother-in-law mopped them herself. The coffee maker had also not been cleaned/emptied. It would be so nice for families with children if there were a few extra things like a pack n play, children’s silverware, high chair, tupperware for packing lunches, etc. The rooms are also pretty bare (just basic furnishings) but are still comfortable.

Checked all the boxes

We loved the open plan and light inside, and practically lived outside . We rearranged the outdoor furniture and ( humbly) feel it’s a better layout now , and would only suggest a ladder to be added to the spa for those of us who are no longer so agile. It’s almost a “ hidden” gem with absolute privacy , and a never ending view of boats and birds and dolphins . I highly recommend it

perfectly relaxing vacation

The home is so nicely set up; very updated, fresh and clean with many views to pool and water. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Very therapeutic to sit and watch the water and wildlife. We enjoyed the hot tub with our grandchildren as it was too cool outside to get in the heated pool. Our son and daughter-in-law thoroughly enjoyed their short stay. Restaurants and shops of all kinds are close by including Anna Marie Island and yet the home is tucked in a cul-de-sac and extremely private backyard. Just perfect location!!! We definitely want to come back!!

Quiet home on canal with sunset views

Very nice home with open floor plan. Excellent kitchenware and layout. Hot tub, pool and patio being right next to the water is a plus. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. An upgrade in towels and bedding would make it more luxurious. Bedrooms also need blinds to block light better. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Stunning Views!!

Upon arrival walking through the door our entire family was blown away by the stunning views! It was absolutely breathtaking! We saw on a daily basis dolphins and manatee. The place was kept very clean, the only thing that would have made it a bit better would have been bedroom ceiling fans . It was hot sleeping in all the rooms. The only other thing that would have made our stay better would be for there to be a shaded area to use while back in the pool. There was no where to escape the sun for a bit. The place place was great and we would return!

Fun in the sun with friends!

Loved it! Clean, roomy. Great view! Needed lighting out in pool area other than flood lights. Could use lamps in all bedrooms. We will book again next year!!!

Beautiful house, wonderful location.

Highly recommend this property. House is clean and kept up very well. Location on the channel is great; we saw dolphins swim by daily. Only small, minor downfall is that there is not an outside patio table in the pool area to sit and gather at for meals or conversation.

Great family location

One level home so great for seniors. Beautiful decor and open plan so very adaptable. Pleasant place for bikes and kayaks. Dolphins swam by often.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The place was fantastic and super clean. The pool was amazing and the view was spectacular! We were close to Anna Maria and Bradenton. This was a great location and we would definitely come back!

A beautiful home with an amazing view.

Mornings watching the dolphins and the Roseate Spoonbills and evenings watching gorgeous sunsets. The house is very nice with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Communication with the property manager was wonderful. We will definitely be back

Wonderful

Lovely home - pictures don't do it justice. Everything we needed was provided. Lanai and pool were great. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed watching the pelicans and flamingoes. Close to Anna Maria and several beautiful nature preserves.

Wonderful wildlife

This house is so great for sitting and watching the water all day. There were dolphins, manatees, jumping fish, and different birds to watch. So relaxing. Close to lots of beaches and great restaurants. House has everything you could need and was super clean! Would definitely stay here again!!
