3 bdrm/2 bath private home with HEATED pool located minutes from Anna Maria Island beaches, nightlife, shopping and dining. Centrally located nearby downtown Bradenton and very close to Robinson’s preserve for kayaking, and biking. Backyard is a private oasis with heated pool, tiki bar, fire pit, and gas BBQ with plenty of room for the whole group to lounge. The home is completely remolded with all new furniture/decor. 2 family rooms for everyone to relax and comfortably sleeps 8 guests! Serenity by the Sea is a true vacation feel and we are excited for you to make memories there!

Natalie was a great host. She was very responsive to all our needs. Tiki bar and pool were a nice addition. We didnt realize we had to bring our own toiletries and there were no washclothes with the towels. That being said, she has lots of items for beach and pool and everything you need in kitchen. Living areas beautifully decorated. Master shower is very small and the other bath has tub with shower.

Cute and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The house was a great size for our group and had all the necessities. It was a chilly weekend but still got to enjoy the pool since it was heated. The house was only 20 mins from Anna Maria island. It was great!!

Wonderful place and great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. Great location and beautiful area for outside fun. The host is so kind and answered every question timely and very helpful. We will be back!!

Christmas Getaway

This is a great property in a very quiet neighborhood. You're close to the beach and close to all amenities. While the house was somewhat older it was well taken care of. The only thing was the pool never really warmed up enough to swim in. The owners are very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very Clean, Comfortable, Great Location

This was a great house! It was very clean, private backyard and quiet neighborhood. Love the bistro lights and tiki bar. The host was very easy to get in touch with if needed. Close to great restaurants and beautiful beaches! My Only recommendation for the host is to upgrade backyard furniture and grill. You Can tell it’s been there awhile, but overall great vibes! I would stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable place

Overall our experience was very good. The house was very clean and nice. The tiki bar outside with lights and grill was a fun experience. We enjoyed the pool during the day. However, the outside did not match the pictures online. There was no water feature anymore, pool guy said a previous group broke it. The landscape around the pool left a lot to be desired. The tv under the tiki hut doesn't work. Natalie did say they were going to take it down. The grill worked, but was very rusted out. Natalie was very quick to answer any questions we had, and was very helpful!

Rental process and subsequent communications with owner went well. Cute house, safe neighborhood. Close to stores, shops, restaurants and Anna Maria Island. Very relaxing!

Florida Fun!

My group really enjoyed the backyard area! The pool, the lights, and the tiki bar made a perfect hangout spot for us. The beach was only 15 minutes from the house which was perfect.

Loved the pool and the home decor!

Had a wonderful family vacation here! Inside decor is great and we loved relaxing and playing volleyball in the pool in the evening! Cute Tiki Bar also!

Just as beautiful as the pictures 😍

My husband and I and our 5 kids (age 1-10) stayed here for our vacation! It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The house is beautiful, the pool area a small piece of paradise, and the beds and pillows super comfy. We ate most of our meals out in the tiki bar area, and spent a large percentage of our time in the pool area (which is gated with a childproof lock, btw), there’s plenty of seating around the pool, ambiance lighting at night, and floats for the pool. The location is excellent. We spent some time at the beach which is 5-10 minutes away, depending where you choose to go. There’s tons of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and shopping all within 10 minutes. Check in was simple. We were allowed to use the garage to park in, and there is a washer and dryer for use in the garage as well. Communication with the host was great. Overall 10/10 would recommend. We hope to be back one day.

Nice vacation house at a great location

The kids loved the pool while the grown-ups enjoyed the Tiki bar. Minutes away from grocery stores, about 20 minute drive to Anna Maria island with great beaches and restaurants. Communication with our hosts Natalie and Bear was easy and timely. The family loved our stay!

Wonderful getaway

We had a fantastic stay here. The house was well equipped and very clean and tidy. The location was fantastic and close to stores and AMI for some shopping. We loved hanging out at the tiki bar when the weather suited. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and always answered all my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this place. Hope to be back one day!!
