With top notch host communication, we're sure you'll love your stay! The saltwater pool is not only big, but also, may be heated or cooled!

The home sits on a deep, saltwater canal off Palma Sola Bay. The dock has new pilings with bumpers and cleats, so bring your boat! Or, just enjoy the views or wildlife around the canal.

The house is conveniently located, too… an easy 2 miles to AMI’s Bradenton Beach, and, also close to restaurants, grocery & other shopping, airport, parks, IMG, golf.

The Amenities at the house are great, so you might want to stay put! Enjoy the pool, kayaks, bikes, games, toys, large Smart TVs, and, well-equipped kitchen.

NOTE ABOUT THE BOAT DOCK: Guests can bring a boat to dock up here. There is room to tie off a 24 foot boat. There are new pilings and they are wrapped and include new bumpers. There is water on the dock for boat or fish cleaning. There is also a lower dock platform for kayak launching. The dock ladder is there for your assistance. Please be considerate and raise the ladder out of the water after use, or barnacles will grow on it. The existing boat and lift are not available for guest use.

***Pool has the option to be heated for $15/day. Please let the hosts know ahead of time if you would like to use the heater during your stay.

The home is listed as "sleeps 8" because there are three bedrooms, with bed space for 2 per room, and then the living room has a pullout couch for two more to sleep comfortably. Linens, pillows, and blankets for this pull out bed are provided in the hallway linen closet.

This home has a pool on a canal, and there is very little space between the pool deck and drop off to the dock. We highly suggest that you keep a very close watch over children or any individual who is not totally comfortable with water, as it could be hazardous. Please use caution.
