If you are coming to FL to go to the beach daily, you have found your perfect getaway. Fish in your back yard, clean your fish on the table provided, grill your catch in your outdoor gazebo. Deep water canal 3 houses from Perico Bay directly connected to the Gulf of Mexico, tie ups for your rental boat or a lift for the experienced captain who brings his/her own boat. Take a walk to the Causeway beach and ride a horse into the water or rent a jet ski. You can hop on your provided bike and ride a couple miles to the beautiful Gulf beaches. You can catch the free trolley to Anna Maria Island and ride up and down one of the best beach areas in FL, taking in beach shops and waterfront restaurants. Robinson Preserve is across the road from our home and is a peaceful escape into nature where you can ride your bicycle or go for a walk. There are a total of 4 preserves within one mile. Our neighborhood is in a bird preserve. You can enjoy the sunsets from your back yard gazebo or at the beach. Endless tropical outdoor activities await.

Our island place is decorated very nicely with comfort in mind, well stocked for your vacay. We have a dock, bicycles, kayaks all in the lovely quiet neighborhood of Flamingo Cay. Our home is all about fun in the sun so come on down! Life is better at the beach!

Our home is 1500+ sq ft, plenty of room for a group of 4. We do keep a nice air bed on hand for your use should you decide that is adequate for 2 additional peeps.
