Each bedroom features windows that let in natural light, closets with hangers, luggage racks, iron, iron board, nightstands and lamps, and unique décor.

Featuring 2 full bathrooms, we also provide the following so you can pack light: towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryers, hand soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash. To ensure you get settled in upon arrival, we provide a starter kit of essentials (including toilet paper & paper towels). Toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss picks, makeup remover are also provided. These may not be enough for your entire stay, so you may wish to purchase additional supplies depending on your needs.

Appliances include fridge/freezer, stove & oven with overhead microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, plastic dining sets for children, dish soap & tablets, sponges, trash bags, hand towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies.

★ OTHER NOTES:
Pool Heater:
✔ Our pool is heated using an energy-efficient heat pump system that depends on the outdoor air temperature. During cooler periods, especially overnight; the system may not maintain consistently warm water. As pool heating is weather-dependent and beyond our control, we do not charge a heating fee and are unable to guarantee a specific pool temperature. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued based on pool temperature.

Pets
✔ We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs and cats with prior approval. A maximum of two pets per stay is allowed, with each pet weighing up to 30 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee applies per reservation.

All pets must be fully house-trained. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended for extended periods and are kept off furniture and bedding unless protective coverings are used. Guests are responsible for any damage, additional cleaning, excessive noise, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay.

We also kindly ask that you clean up after your pet and be considerate of our neighbors. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring pets, as unapproved animals may result in cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.

Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home, and outdoors near doors/open windows on the premises. Breaking this rule will incur a $500 violation fee plus cleaning costs to remove the carcinogen odor.

Professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have two external Ring recording camera doorbell. One is at the front door, facing toward the driveway. Another one is on the side yard gate, facing forward the front yard and the street.
