Steps from the beach!

This beautifully newly renovated Anna Maria Island bungalow is COVID compliant, super clean and very comfortable. With an open, split floor plan, it has 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths and is only 3 houses from FEET IN THE SAND! Half way between the amazing white sand beach and the bay and Pier. Only 1 block over is Historic Bridge Street with all of the cool restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars with live music. Once here, you never need to drive. Just leave your car in the driveway (it can fit up to 4 cars). Everything is within a block walking distance! If you want to be active, there is plenty to do! Take a boat ride to see dolphins, parasail on the gulf, go fishing off the Pier, play a round of mini golf or just relax at our beautiful white sand beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available for your use. When you're not out and about, enjoy the private, shaded backyard with a brand new heated/cooled swimming POOL, grill, chaise loungers and a dining table, chairs and shade umbrella. There is nothing like Anna Maria!! Come make lasting memories!

We had the best time at the best location!!!!

We loved everything about our stay. The location is perfect for the beach, which is just across the street, as well as for every shop, restaurant, and bar. The home was wonderful and decorated with a fantastic beach vibe. The hosts were terrific and provided everything we needed to feel at home. After a day at the beach, we relaxed by the pool and then walked into town (just one block away) for music and great food. We will be back! Cheers!

Perfect House in the Perfect Spot!

Property was amazing and location couldn’thave been better. Next time we will not get a rental car because everything you need is within a block or so from the house. Beach is steps away! Loved this place!

Perfect Hideaway

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the house! It was a very easy walk to all of the restaurants and fun - Bridge Street is one street over! The beach was a quick walk and the provided chairs and umbrellas meant less that we had to purchase or bring with us! I think my kids spend the entire vacation in the pool though, ha! The house was very clean and perfect - we will definitely be visiting again!

We had the most amazing trip. We travel to florida every year but had never stayed near this location. Truly perfect location. 2 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, (daiquiri deck mahi tacos!), shopping, and the beach. Great beach home. Comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, amazing pool. Great location, great house!

My wife and I brought our 4-month old on his first vacation here and had a really enjoyable stay. Perfect location, right down the street from beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Little noise from the nearby bar one evening when they had live music but was quiet by 9pm or so. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable and has basically everything you might need. The backyard is a nice bonus and fairly private with the tree cover, and the heated pool is great on cooler evenings. The island is idyllic and definitely worth the trip! The host Laura was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Unicorn Property

Unicorn property for a family of 4! Located in the perfect AMI location. Each morning we could go left or right out of the house and walk towards amazing views/ activities. The beach, the pier, restaurants on the water, mini golf, donut and coffee shop were a few of our favorites. The backyard is magical - provided our kids with hours of entertainment and such beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we walked away with so many core memories for our family. Highly recommend this property.
