Beautiful place

The place is exactly as listed and right in the beach. If you are spiritually indifferent you’ll love it. I wish someone would have mentioned in the comments that if you’re a Christian… find somewhere else. Password included words ancient demon! Had terrible gastritis- very painful and could not enjoy the place. Just heads up for my family members.

Perfection

Loved the condo. Perfectly close to beach, communication was the best and we’ve stayed alot of places. Definitely would stay here again and definitely would recommend.

The furniture is pretty in the main room, but not comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was not very adequate, skillet bottom was round so does not work on a flat stove, no batteries in one remote control, umbrella was ruined and we called that in but it was not replaced, all other things were great.

Location!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Shell Cove very much! The location couldn’t be beat, the sand is right outside the front door. The chairs provided for us to use were great, there was no umbrella which would have been nice, but we ended up getting a small one at Publix. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach stay

Overall everything was nice especially the towels and cleanliness of place. But had to call to get in and has been advised about lock on windows-there were no locks and a locker for beach gear-there was no locker! The tiny kitchen was adequate.but no hot pads and little space! There was no recycling available and the 1/2 dollar size soap requires me to ask a clean ING gal 2 doors down who gave me two small bags of more of everything! For.the $ I paid it was not as expected

Paradise! Great vacation!

The property was beautiful, nicely decorated, no clutter. Super clean, comfortable beds, washer and dryer was great for keeping up with towels from beach and showers. We absolutely would recommend this property to anyone looking for a walk out on the beach vacation spot. Absolutely beautiful, we hope to vacation again at this location. Our only minor issue was the beach chairs available do not match the ones listed in photos, owner could easily update chairs to newer ones that allow you to lie flat in them and a couple new umbrellas would have made the vacation over the top fantastic. Other than that it was an absolutely perfect getaway!! Highly recommend! ❤️☀️🕶️🌊

Anniversary celebration trip

Great views of the gulf from the condo, decor was very pleasing, chairs, umbrella for beach use, overall loved this cute condo and would stay there again !!

Perfect Location

We have been going to AMI for 23+ years, and have never stayed at Shell Cove. It was clean, good location and the management company was very responsive and helpful. We'll stay again. Thank you!

Excellent Get-Away!

We had one of the most relaxing get-aways we've ever had! We could walk out of our door and be right on the beach. The only "complaint" I had is that because we were right on the beach, try as we might not to, we tracked in a bunch of sand on our shoes. There was not a broom at the site that we found to sweep it out. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

A wonderful get Away!

Our stay was the much needed break from a difficult time period. We loved the Amazing sunsets and morning walks in the beach. Delicious restaurant close by for a couples retreat!

Overall nice property

As far as the property goes the path that goes to the beach needs to be cleared from the spiked tree nuts falling. They hurt your feet. The photos of the place make it look bigger, and when we showed up the rooms are smaller, not that roomy. The rug could use a cleaning by the front door and by the couch.

Although our stay was cut short by Hurricane Ian, we loved our stay! Our condo on the beach was perfect; you take two steps out the door and your toes are in the sand. The unit was tastefully done and very clean! The only downside was the equipment provided, nicer lounge chairs, umbrella, etc., would have made the trip a five star trip.

I loved walking out of the door and directly into the beach. The view couldnt be beat. Wonderful location near restaurants as well, but not too crowded.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of our stay from 8/2 thru 8/6 in #103.

The Good. Condo was very clean, bed was comfortable, near local Bradenton Beach activities, walkout to the beach, hose and outdoor shower in front of the condo, reserved parking spot, good communication process from property management company, AMI. The Bad. No basic non-perishable items in the kitchen…coffee filters, salt/pepper, sugar, ..… one dishwasher pod for 4 day visit, no pods or detergent for washing machine - all things most guests would use with extra to leave upon departing. If you drive in you can bring this stuff, but if you fly in you have to buy much more than you can use and you can’t take it home. What WAS there? VERY cheap paper towels, cheap toilet paper and very thin kitchen garbage bags. Toilet is not anchored securely; rocks side to side. You are not renting directly from the owner. The Ugly. No communication from owner prior to our arrival about a crew refinishing concrete and laying epoxy on all outside concrete walkway areas from 8/3 thru 8/5. We arrived @ 4PM on 8/2. The next morning promptly @ 8AM a crew arrived and started prepping the 1st floor concrete walkway with a concrete grinder that resonated through the entire ground floor slab and plumbing. It was like thunder in our condo. So much for sleeping in. The crew took all day 8/3 and ½ day 8/4 to epoxy the 1st floor. They then started on the 2nd floor the 2nd part of the day on 8/4 and returned 8/5 to finish the 2nd floor. On 8/3, we were told not to walk on the concrete for 3 ½ hours during the process. We were out of the condo from 9 – 2p. Other than smell and walking around a crew, a noisy generator was setup directly in front of our condo and used off/on all day both on 8/3 and 8/4. On 8/5 the generator was moved slightly away from our condo but the noise level did not change. Another inconvenience.... we had no patio furniture upon arriving but learned we should have furniture from an owner neighbor late on 8/3. The neighbor graciously offered to locate the patio furniture which we then cleaned and setup in front of the condo. Other neighbors were also shocked to discover we were not informed (as they were) about the job prior to arrival since it had been scheduled for some time. During this entire process I was in contact with AMI. I immediately inquired why we were not informed (weeks before our arrival) by the owner about the job with the option to cancel and 100% refund. AMI apologized and said they w

We had a luxurious vacation! The property is fabulous, very comfortable and super clean. It has everything you could need and very well accommodated. The location is also great, it's close to everything, very quiet, and it's right in front of the beach!!! I recommend this property 100%!!!

Excellent place to enjoy the gulf

Loved the unit !!! It was clean with very comfortable furniture! The units Lay-out is perfect. It is tastefully decorated without clutter. Brand new appliances in working order and plenty of dishes and cookware. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella they sure came in handy. We will be back !!!
