Coquina Moorings 206 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Coquina Moorings, located at 1407 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach offers the best of all worlds. This unique bay front complex features a beautiful heated pool directly on the bay and a boat dock for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Immediately across the street is the white, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious unit is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms, two baths and a den. There is a large screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular bay views. An additional smaller lanai off the guest bedroom features wonderful views of the Gulf. This is a great unit to watch both the sunrise AND the sunset!

All amenities are provided for your convenience. It sleeps four with a king size bed, a queen size bed. This unit features a "smart" 50” television in the living room as well as a 24” television in the master bedroom and a 32” television in the den.

This is a very popular Bradenton Beach complex so you’ll want to book early.

Coquina Moorings is a one week minimum rental please.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Great but the Rugs Have to Go

Everything was either great or manageable (a sliding door handle was broken and they had some issues with the AC but it was cool for the most part), BUT the rugs in the bedrooms were filthy. We had to leave a pair of socks at the entrance to the bedrooms so that the bottom of our feet did not turn black.

July 4th Week

We enjoyed our stay and really have no complaints. The location is the best on the island having the bay out your patio door and the gulf out the front door. The beds were comfortable and the showers had really good pressure. The unit is dated but was clean and the AC worked well. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The July 4th parade was a first for us in the 14 years we have been coming down and we enjoyed it from the balcony and we laughed from start to finish watching the squirt gun battles between the parade participants and spectators…it was so much fun!!! We would definitely rent this unit again without any worries what so ever!

Beautiful ocean and bay views!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has two balconies, one overlooking the gulf of Mexico and the other one the Bay of Sarasota, which is rather unique. We did not pick up at the time of booking that there was no elevator, but the views and convenient location made up for having to climb 4 flights of stairs. The blinds to the balconies kept falling off when operating them, but at the end of our stay I attached them back into position. They just need to be replaced down the line. We loved that there was a Keurig coffee machine in addition to the traditional coffee maker. We appreciated the Spectrum cable television, so we could watch our normal shows. We would love to go back, this condo has a lot to offer.

April visit

The reservation and check I and check out process was smooth and efficient. The property location and the views of both the Gulf and inland were great. We had sunrise over inland and sunset over the Gulf. In the other locations we have stayed we only had views of the Gulf. Great location for beach and restaurants.

Love the Location Love Coquina Mooring

It’s time to upgrade this unit. It’s an awesome location and we truly love Coquina Mooring. Over the years we have stayed in several of the units. This year the middle room was being used as a broken furniture storage area as well as a sign on one of the barstools. The carpet in front bedroom is very worn, threadbare! Mirrors and glass top furniture are not child friendly. Blinds are not working properly in front and back areas. As I said awesome location but in need of upgrading.

My Paradise

We've stayed here for 12 years. Sleeps 6, beach and gulf views in unit. Has dock, kayak access, next to new boat slips, short boat ride to sand bar and intercoastal. Has a pool and bathrooms. Walk across the street to the beach. Has 2 screened patios, beach view and bay view with plenty of boat slips. Covered parking, grill is available New appliances and owners have every convience needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with every cooking appliance, utensils, pots, with platters, festive glasses and beach theme thru out. Publix is a convient drive for groceries. We caught and release 40 trout right infront of our condo with short boat ride. Close enough to the bars but far enough away from the "Tipsies". I highly recommend these units.

Beautiful location but unit could use some repair

We loved being steps from the beach, having access to the dock so we could bring our boat and having a nice size pool at our disposal. The condo could use a little work. Many of the power outlets didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, the fan in the living area and on the patio didn’t work. The coffee table looks to have broken many times and the glass top falls off very easily, not ideal with children, also one of the dinning room chairs was broken. The beds were very old and uncomfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils and everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels to go around. Location is key, this is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set each day.
