Walking distance to the downtown area for food and shopping. Even found a Green Bay Packers bar which was fun. Construction is still going on next door but the guys were very friendly and they didn't start work till about 9 am so they didn't bother us.

The home was clean, great location, great views of the bay. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they both looked very nice. We mainly rent a home for sleeping purposes only. We did use the coffee pot, a couple of plates, coffee cups, etc. We would definitely rent the home again.

The view of the bay was beautiful. The back deck area was one of our favorite places to sit, read a book and relax. We loved the proximity to the beach- just a short walk across the street. A gulf coast sunset is like no other. It was just a short walk to local shops and restaurants as well- perfect for a family. Sidewalks made all of the things you could want, accessible by walking. We loved the ice cream shop in the little village and there are plenty of options for restaurants. Just fyi- the photos show a hot tub connected to the pool but I’m not sure if description says that it doesn’t work. I had assumed it would be working. When I realized the water for the pool needed heated to be at a warmer temperature than what it’s set to, I reached out but it was too late due to the brevity of our stay (they need advanced notice). When we pulled onto the street where the property is, we were initially confused. There is construction taking place directly beside the unit and between the trucks and heavy equipment parked there, it made it hard to see the property from the street.

This property is rebted through vacasa. It is in a great location, but hard to find at first. The address they send you is not in google, but you turn in between two houses that are under construction in a small alley way to get to house. House was clean and easy to get to beach. They had chairs and toys for beach and on site pool. We loved the dock and fished every night off it. Kitchen had bare minimum of supplies, but we made due. Construction next door, and will start building soon. Would stay here again though!

The house was awesome the kids loved the pool. The dock at the back kept my 12 year old busy the whole time fishing. The beach was just a short walk away and the outdoor showers made clean up so easy after a day at the beach. Hope to stay again next year.

Best location ever!

The property was amazing! Super location. Pool was clean. Pier had been rebuilt. House accommodated the ten of us well. Could have used a new frying pan and a smaller saucepan. But all in all this place was great.

Location Location Location!

Our daughter was married on the beach right across the street. I loved the sunrise on the bay each morning and just a short walk to view the sunset at evening. The pool was very popular with the children. Enough room for grandparents plus a family of 5. Clean and roomy! Loved the pillows and bedding! Wonderful memories all around! Oh and showers were just the right pressure. (Had to buy salt and pepper but then read it in the fine print after the fact.) And I couldn’t find the iron when I needed it . But overall I give it 5 out of 5 !

Location to the beach was excellent. House needed some work. There was no Keurig from the website viewing. The back deck was destroyed. Should’ve been told of it on the website. They never came to clean the pool all week. Pool area I needed some TLC sides of the house needed to be picked up and cleaned. weeds and bird. droppings were all over. lacking big noodle pots and pans in the kitchen.

Nice view with some issues

The location of the property was fantastic. The house had some issues. The door handle to the balcony was laying on the deck when we arrived. One of the bed frames was broken. The upstairs shower would not shut off completely. Everything was communicated to the property manager by 8 pm the night we arrived. It took several days to get these things resolved. The shower took the longest. It was Wednesday before it was fixed. The house also lacked pots to cook in and a toaster.

Misrepresented property

This house is not new, as stated in listing. Furniture is stained and shabby. Third floor beds were not even usable. Pool was dirty and not usable. Called customer service and complained and asked to have someone come over and clean pool. No one showed up. I would hesitate to use Vrbo again as I wouldn’t trust the pictures and listing information. We paid $800 per night as the pictures and listing information looked wonderful. All information turned out to be fraudulent. I will in future book a hotel instead. At least hotels have comfortable clean beds and clean pools. I am requesting a refund for this property. It was a dump.

Beautiful

Had a wonderful time at this property with 4 adults and 1 child, awesome toys to use for the pool and the beach. Some issues with the pool/spa and the management were in touch the whole way through which was nice to get updates. Never got to use the spa but did not keep us from having wonderful time fishing and swimming. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay overall was great! Great location and very clean! We arrived while the cleaning lady was still cleaning, after she was down we inspected the house and someone from vacsa also came to inspect. We still were not allowed early entrance even though the house was not occupied. Screen on patio door was ripped and many of the boards on the dock should be replaced. Make sure to bring hand soap and extra hand towels and wash cloths.
