Beach House 9 Beach Front Panoramic Sunset Views

The Beach House Resort #9, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a totally renovated gulf front complex. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. Unit 9 even has a view of the bay from the bedroom! Numerous chaise lounges are available for your use at beachside.
This upper level one bedroom, one bath end unit is newly renovated and features top of the line furnishings and a spacious kitchen as well as a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.

Beach House Resort #9 will sleep four with a King size bed and a sofa bed. There is a 32" television in the living room. The master bedroom features a 20" television.

This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions.

Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival.

Nice vacation

Medical Visit

Beautiful area and beach. The location was perfect with restaurants walking distance that had amazing food. I went there to have a medical treatment and was able to enjoy and relax. The property was perfect for my husband and I.

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay. Property was super clean, short beach walk to ocean, and beach was not crowded! Location was perfect; right next to the free Trolley stop and many restaurants within walking distance. We spotted dolphins many times from the balcony and beach during our stay. Only negatives - the hot tube was a little less than desirable and we arrived a little early but had to wait to the exact time of check in to enter the rental. It meet and exceeded needs for our getaway.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March. I took my 21 year old daughter on this getaway, the week before my double mastectomy. This was one of our best trips! The view was breathe taking! It was close to everything. We made so many memories. This is exactly what what we needed!!

This is a cozy, very cute condo with ocean views for miles. The place is quiet, very pleasant. There's a restaurant right next door, they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The beach does not get crowded, we always have a prime spot right near the crashing waves.Management company always takes care of us and is very customer-friendly.Highly recommended!

Loved It!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us. Right next door was the Kokonut Hut, so it was convenient to grab a bite or a drink. The condo had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We were on the third floor, so just a couple of flights down and our feet were in the sand. The management team for the condo couldn’t have been more pleasant to talk with and were very accommodating. We have found our happy place and look forward to returning again. My only complaint was that the hot tub was broken and it didn't seem like anyone was really interested in fixing it. We called several times, but it did not get fixed while we were there. Our second time at this property and we have some concerns about the new construction next door as it now blocks the southern view. The condo is lovely, but the overwhelming musty smell permeates all of our belongings and takes months to air out once we're home. An air purifier would do wonders for this situation. We will only be able to stay one week next year as the huge increase in the rental fee has made our stay cost prohibitive.

If it’s too good to be true, It usually is.

Nonexisting communications between owner and myself. No Wi-Fi at all! Reset directions for Wi-Fi did not work. Nor password. Unit 109 insinuates first floor. However unit is actually on the third level. The old bait and switch. No elevator. Just poorly lit steps. Other than that, simply paradise!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s not very clean. Dirty dishes in cupboard- waste can was gross and had food/ crumbs in the cover- floor was grubby. It seemed that the tile was barely washed. The furniture is tiny and uncomfortable. You are next to a construction project that also obstructs the view on the left side. The restaurant next store plays loud music EVERY day of the week. The washer dryer area was gross and non- operational. So nope I would not recommend Beach House 9. You must be able to find something better on AMI for the amount they are charging.

Anniversary getaway

Reviewer Comments: The view is amazing & it’s as close as it gets to the ocean, but now we are dealing with getting the mildew odor out of allof our belonging we had with us. (Clothes, suitcases, pillows which we threw away, our plastic water cup lids, laptop case, my hair) We didn’t realize it until we left the beach house. We have had to throw some things away. It really is a problem. I did call management to make them aware of it. By their response, they already knew of the problem., which was odd to me. Hopefully they can get it resolved, because we will not go back, but I don’t want others to have to deal with it. The beach is nice except for all the broken shells, not nice to walk. Also the restaurant next to it plays the same loud beat music all weekend. We did enjoy our stay & they were quick to fix a few problems we encountered with the room, but the smell we’re dealing with is not worth staying there again, which is unfortunate.
