「The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor as I had to resort to Walmart for cleaning products and coming back to the hotel and cleaning it myself. My room felt extremely outdated though they mentioned recent renovations. I was frustrated that the shuttle only runs on Fridays and Saturdays so I had to spend extra money for a shuttle throughout the week and wasn’t expecting to do so. There was also an issue with the boiler so there was no hot water for about 4 to 6 hours. The staff was nice and...

「コネチカットでの仕事があった為、ホテルを探していたらカジノがあるとわかり、せっかくなのでカジノに泊まろうという事で宿泊をしました。 フォックスウッズカジノには3つのホテルがあり、全て中で繋がっています。アウトレットモールや飲食店街もありとても便利。カジノは24時間営業です。 建物は比較的古い感じがしましたが、大理石をふんだんに使用した豪華な仕様で、部屋も広くとても清潔でした。喫煙室が空いていたので当日変更してもらいました。」

「The place is in dire need of a makeover. In the bathroom... No exhaust fan... Hinges and towel racks are rusted... Wall paper is peeling off the walls... Tub/shower faucet is connected wrong. Hot is cold and Cold is hot... Door has noticeable cracks. The front half of the room had no lights. Until this place get renovated, I will not stay there again.」
