The space
BEDROOMS/BATHS: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, smart TV, large closet and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with a large closet. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed, a large desk and a full length mirror. A pack-n-play with sheets is stored in the closet of Bedroom 3. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside lamps that have 2 USB ports for charging your devices. The second bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 and has a tub/shower combination with radiant floor to keep your feet warm. Linens, towels, complimentary toiletries and hair dryers are provided.

LAUNDRY: A full-size washer and dryer are located at the top of the stairs hidden perfectly behind the rustic barn door. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided. An ironing board and iron are stored in the closet of Bedroom 1.

KITCHEN/DINING: A bright open kitchen awaits the chef in your group who will love the easy layout of the kitchen, the high-end stainless-steel appliances, gas cook top, granite slab countertops, great supply of small appliances, and quality cookware and serving ware. There’s a dining table that will seat four comfortably. Just a few feet away there is seating for three more at the kitchen island.

POWDER ROOM: conveniently tucked away behind the mud room for privacy and convenience.

MUD ROOM: space to store your gear.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen with a Smart TV. There is a cozy couch and chairs situated to enjoy a friendly conversation or stretch out and watch a movie, read a book, or even take a nap.

GAME ROOM: We've turned our double car garage into a fun game room, with a ping pong table, foosball, mini basketball and a game table.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Patio, gas grill, picnic table and walking trail on-site.

PARKING: driveway (2 vehicles) Additional parking is available in designated guest parking within the neighborhood.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the home. The only exception is the mechanical/ storage room that we keep locked.

Boxcar Cottage is OWNER operated. We clean and maintain our property for the absolute thoroughness you should expect. No property management company is used. Hospitality is our passion and we aim to provide every guest with a 5-star experience!
