Mayfly Manor is a 5 bedroom ranch-style river home located on 12 acres of breathtaking landscape on the banks of the famous Yellowstone River. A fly-fisherman’s paradise, the property provides direct access to world-renowned trout fishing and is a short drive to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The home is 10 minutes from downtown Livingston with great local restaurants, breweries, and shops for your leisure. Enjoy family, friends, and the best Montana has to offer at Mayfly Manor.

Wonderful property with amazing river views! You could sit on the deck for hours!! The property worked well with lots of bathrooms and very spacious! Would highly recommend.

Heavenly Home

This home was amazing. It was fully equipped for all of our needs. Communication was the best I have ever encountered. The home was clean and stocked with TP & paper towels. Now for the view; absolutely heavenly! I don’t know if I have seen anything more beautiful. Every direction is beautiful!! If you are even thinking of visiting Livingston, this home is a perfect choice!!

Amazing house

Our family stayed here in mid July. The house was as beautiful as the pictures and had everything you could possibly imagine, even things you would normally have to stock up on for a normal rental, such as paper products, detergent, k cups, shampoo, body wash etc. It was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in and it made it so convenient when traveling from far away. We had an issue upon arrival and Shawn took care of it as soon as was possible and dealt with it very fairly. We spent one day playing in the river and other days driving to Yellowstone and local towns. Yellowstone took about an hour each way. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Riverside Home

Beautiful home with private access to fishing on the Yellowstone River. Large deck and windows provideded sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and river. Eagles, deer, and bear were seen from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked and the spacious open layout allowed for family gathering time. Bedrooms were split on either end of house, each with its own bathroom. Game room was an added bonus. Short drive to Livingston. Communication with Shane was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

New Years travel

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay at the Mayfly Manor. The house was clean, stocked kitchen for cooking, great supplies in the bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, soap) and laundry room. The split ranch made it nice for the family to spread out - 3 bedrooms on the left side and 2 on the right. The queen room on the right side was the only room not connected to a bathroom. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong in the basement. The views of the Yellowstone river and mountains were amazing. We day tripped to Big Sky, Bozeman, Yellowstone and Bridger Bowl. Shane was quick to respond. He made sure there was firewood and if there was a lot of snow - the drive would be plowed. Wonderful property!

Fantastic way to wrap up summer

A group of us from NC could not have had a better time at Mayfly Manor. The views are stunning and the accommodations fantastic. Shane the property manager was always in touch and very helpful. Conveniently just a short time from town, our kids enjoyed the large house, expansive surroundings and abundant wildlife. We will certainly be back. This is a great place to stay and experience Livingston.

Mayfly manor - family trip to Montana

Tremendous accommodations - amazing views - house was very well furnished and supplied with some extras that we didn’t expect - communication with owner was stellar - overall a perfect stay. (Family trip with nine adults !) We will miss this place so much !!

Dreamy.....

Just book the place already! You will not regret it! The most incredible views await you. I'm talking "pinch me...I think I'm dreaming" kind of views. The home itself is spacious and very well decorated. The communication with our host, Shane was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. We would return in a heartbeat to this picturesque location!

Stunning Property with river access and Absorka Mountain Views

Amazingly beautiful property in a quiet location yet minutes away from Livingston, close to Bozeman and the gateway to the Northwest entrance of Yellowstone Park. The house was bigger than I expected with plenty of room to roam inside and out. I liked the split wing layout of the rooms so our family never felt like we were on top of one another. The property managers were incredibly friendly and responsive answering every question and meeting every need.
