This "Grand Ventures" home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious and well appointed kitchen with a second kitchenette, two living areas, an outdoor balcony with BBQ grill, that is perfect for your next Montana vacation. Only minutes away from several public fly-fishing access points on the Gallatin River, and a short drive to town, you aren't far from all of the wonderful recreational adventures Montana has to offer coupled with the convenience of town. Wi-Fi included.

Two of the five bedrooms located on the third/top floor are gorgeous master suites. Each bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, custom closet and a spa-like attached bathroom, each unique in their own way. One bathroom is shared with the main living and dining areas.

On the second level there are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and custom closet. A third full bathroom is located on the second level.

On the third/top level, enjoy a spacious kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances, gas range, plenty of storage and a large island that opens up to the dining room and living room. Off of the dining room is a balcony with BBQ grill.

On the second floor there is a second kitchen with stainless steel appliances which opens into another living room with a reclining sofa and a large TV.

This home is a one of a kind property that you are sure to enjoy and remember for years to come. Elegant, yet industrial, this condo was thoughtfully designed and built in 2022 to provide large parties plenty of private and entertaining space. Well-appointed with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, linens and towels. Washer/Dryer Included with plenty of parking out front. Pet Friendly (dogs only - 2 Max).

"Grand Ventures" is located in Four Corners, a neighborhood on the west side of Bozeman. It is approximately a ten minute drive to Downtown Bozeman or Belgrade and fifteen minutes from the airport or MSU. Only minutes to the closest public fishing access point on the famed Gallatin River, and only a short drive to the Madison, Yellowstone and Jefferson Rivers. The Biggest Skiing in America, at Big Sky Resort is about an hour away. Try out the local ski hill, Bridger Bowl, which is about thirty or so minutes from this property. Yellowstone National Park is nearby, as are natural hot springs, horseback riding, white water-rafting, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, rock/ice climbing, public hunting and so much more. If you are looking for a quieter day, enjoy the wonderful dining and shopping opportunities throughout the Valley.

We had a great stay. The place worked well for our tribe of 8 adults and a 1 yr old. Industrial neighborhood but near a walking path along the river which we really enjoyed!

Perfect stay for MSU graduation

We stayed for three nights and this property met all of our needs. It was spotless and had everything you would need to stay in and cook. We will definitely consider it in the future for our Bozeman travel.

Awesome stay

Our extended family of 11 people stayed at this condo for a wedding (the wedding facility was within walking distance!). We rented the entire condo —all 3 floors—and it was ideal. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. And for long stays like ours (over a week), this was the most well-appointed VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in! It had stock pots for soup, crock pots, plenty of nice serving bowls, all the dinnerware you’d ever need. We only ordered out 1 day!

Great for groups!

We had a group of 11 people and rented the Mini Ventures property as well. It was the perfect amount of space! Lots of shared spaces, plenty of kitchen space (three kitchenettes total), and very clean.

Property is just as listed! Clean, well appointed, with all the comforts of home! Host was attentive to questions. Close to airport, restaurants and sights! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. We stayed during Christmas week and it was nice to walk in to see a lighted tree in the bonus room !

Very nice

We were in Bozeman for a family wedding. The location was good. Grand Ventures was extremely well stocked, tastefully decorated, and very clean. Highly recommend.

Guys fly fishing trip

Great property and a perfect fit for 5 friends staying near Bozeman. House feels brand new and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and always prompt. Would definitely base here again on our next trip!

Such an awesome place!

This place is perfect for a Big Sky/Bozeman getaway! The place has tons of space - two kitchen areas, 5 bedrooms and even a cutie little popcorn machine! Such a fun place for a weekend with friends. Also everything was so beautiful, modern, and clean. The beds are incredibly comfy - one of our friends was looking up the sheets so she could order them when she got home. We had a great stay!

Thanksgiving weekend

Excellent place!

Very clean and spacious place to stay. Went to Bozeman for my nephew's wedding and we decided to rent Grand and Mini Ventures for a whole bunch of us siblings, and it was an awesome decision!! Lots of room to spread out and have our own space, yet big enough areas were we could all gather and visit. The host was absolutely wonderful to work with and the communication was excellent! Would definitely recommend!!!

Nice Place!

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our larger group. It is new and in good shape. We really enjoyed our stay. Note: beware if staying with anyone that may struggle with stairs. There are two very long stairways to get to the third floor. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at New Ventures! The home was exactly what we needed. Our original place that we had booked was canceled on us last minute. Thankfully Susan’s place was available for us! I’m so glad we were able to stay here. It was in the perfect location. Susan was a wonderful host and super easy to contact. My littles absolutely loved the popcorn machine! 10/10 would recommend this property and host!

Bozeman Family Wedding

We were in Bozeman for our daughter's wedding. The condo was perfect for our large family. We had mini ventures for one family with kids 4 and under and it was perfect for them to have their own space. Unit is all new and clean, kitchen is loaded with all the plates and utensils you could need. There is a fun popcorn machine on the second floor and enough private space for everyone.

Great stay in Bozeman, MT!

Words and pictures do not do this place justice! We had such an incredible stay and everyone had the best time. Everything from the house's layout, unique design, and cleanliness to the amazing location made our family/friends stay something to remember forever. The host was very communicative and definitely went above and beyond with all the house amenities including an awesome movie/game room with a working popcorn machine! It was a short drive to MSU and surrounding touristy areas that we ventured out to. I can't say enough good things about the host, property, and location. We are grateful that a house like this was available for our crew (10 people). We are already planning for our next visit. Thanks so much for everything!

Fabulous Family

This was perfect for our stay in Bozeman. We had several families (our four adult children and their kids). There were so many spaces and beds that we didn't feel cramped. Everything was clean and well taken care of. It really was perfect. The only down side of staying here was that our time was too short. We didn't get to try out the pop corn maker for a movie night. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem

Pulling up to the property it was kinda hidden and industrial looking. The inside was amazing, Clean, and a good layout. The two floors worked great with the Adults upstairs, and kids below us with the TV and popcorn machine. Gave us privacy while the kids had fun. The bed sheets were amazing ( one of the best I've ever slept in). We had a blast and it's right at 4 corners. Lots of good food, and the hot springs. Great place would stay again. I'd only warn that if you have a problem with stairs this wouldn't be a great place, but we loved it.
