「The property manager was available, the house was clean and everything was well stocked. I loved the seating area in the back yard. I thought the pet cleaning fee was high and didn’t see it at time of booking. The picture seems to show the porch is in the backyard but it is really on the side of the house.」

「Great house. Easy to walk into town. Great layout for two families to share the space. Owner answered any question I had super quick. I wish the kitchen had a better supply of glassware. Only one wine glass and no plastic cups which you need for the hot tub. Hot tub was very nice but you are on the side of the main road so you hear road traffic.」

「Really cute cottage! Comfy beds and nice amenities! WiFi slow but not a make it or break it. Great location for walking into town and to the grocery. Used it as a central location to hit Nubs Nob and Boyne Mountain for skiing.」

「Everything was perfect! We had everything we needed for a most enjoyable stay. The location couldn’t have been better. An easy walk to the waterfront and downtown Boyne City and an easy drive to Petoskey, Charlevoix and Boyne Mountain. Our host, Kathy, is an excellent communicator. Responded immediately to any questions we had and provided clear check-in and checkout instructions. Would definitely stay here again!」
