"Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although...

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. Otherwise, we loved Exchange cottage, and we loved Northleach........ we'll be back"

"We spent Thurs-Mon in Jane and Malcolm’s lovely cottage. The location is incredible and we were blessed with some fantastic weather! The cottage had everything we needed. The sheep and chickens outside are brilliant and our little one had so much fun watching them. Our dog has been on some incredible walks in the woods on the doorstep and at some of the tourist areas nearby. We’ve had such an amazing stay and can’t that Jane enough for being a wonderful host! "My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. "This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things...

"Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. The hot water boost wasn’t that effective either even when we turned it in early so 2 out of the 4 of us had cold showers. The view at the back of the building was beautiful especially when you have walked to the top...

Property looks tired in places with paint flaking, window painted closed and stained toilet bowl along with black grout in places on the tiles around the bath. The kitchen mixer tap is not secure and has a taped note on the wall by way of apology for this. The microwave is on top of a small counter top fridge and was a bit daunting to use (we are not very tall). The fridge is shown in the booking pics but we didn't notice how small...

"My family of 4 adults stayed here. It did not disappoint! Tim & Victoria are perfect hosts and the communication is great. They provide a lot of useful info to plan and stay at their home.. even have an app & book. Although they tried very hard to explain where to park to drop off our things, we failed...but it's ok. Once you found the home, it was easy after that. They left many goodies to enjoy. Thank you! Their kitchen is well-stocked and has a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. I loved...
