"The property was in a quiet location with fairly easy access to the greater Athens area. Overall it was clean inside, the bedroom with the attached 3/4 bath had a funny smell to it that wasn't found in other areas of the house. Cell phone reception was very spotty and that was with 3 different providers. Did not like that you could not access ESPN/SEC networks on the tv. Having a washer and dryer to use was an added bonus. I would recommend this property to others if they are looking for a nice...

"I would not recommend unless you’re desperate. Not worth the advertising price. 1. Bathroom was nasty. Hair was everywhere. Bathroom was not cleaned after previous booking. No housekeeping around. 2. This is 2025 and this hotel uses metal frame bed. Sheets and comforter was not cleaned. 3. Furniture is outdated and damaged! 4. Key entry barely works. Made multiple attempts to open door."

"We went back to get my charger at that time the cleaning people never mentioned my AirPods left on the night stand. Dishonest people are the worst, kept my air pods. I called when I realized and we were told they were on break that they did not turn them in. Kind confused why they didn’t just give them to me when I asked for my charger my AirPods pinged and let me know They were still at this location but no one knows where they are."

"The room was a mix of new and worn. The sink, faucet the granite counter top were new and nice. The shower was new, but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The chair was in bad shape and worn out. The flooring was new. The lamp on the desk had the wire partially pulled out of the plug so it did not work. The tops of the desk, end table and by the tv was damaged and needed replacing. When I went to use the ice machine it was jammed with no way to get the ice out. In trying to get ice the whole front cover came off of the ice machine. I told the person in the office about the lamp and ice machine. I kind of wonder if they are trying to improve the rooms and had the floors, shower and sink redone. Maybe the rest is in the works."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling for work and experienced multiple issues that were not adequately addressed. The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. The first night was disrupted by significant noise from the room above, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast was very limited. The English muffins were stale, fruit options were only apples, and overall selection was minimal. Coffee and bagels were acceptable. The second night, my in-room television was not working (power on but no display). At the front desk, I was initially told it was the remote despite clear evidence otherwise. The issue was later confirmed to be the TV itself. At the same time, a neighboring room had an extremely loud television that was clearly audible in my room and the far down the hallway. I reported the issue but no action was taken. I was told a room change was not possible due to my early checkout the next morning. No alternative solution was offered. Due to the noise and lack of resolution, I was unable to rest properly and spent several hours in my vehicle during the night seeking quiet. While maintenance issues can occur, the lack of response and inability to resolve basic comfort concerns was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone needing reliable rest."

"We were just passing through; so, it’s really hard to comment on the amenities. The room was very clean. The mattress felt new. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I will say the water temperature was extremely hot and I had to basically turn it off and on to shower. That would be my only concern. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere."
