「Since I was in Houston for business meeting and asked the receptionist to extend my check out until 2 pm but she said. I was shocked to learn that. I will not try to come to this hotel again.」

「Good hotel and service」

「WiFi First night work at all. Next day,we were given a telephone number by front desk to call. After making several calls and long hold we were just able to connect some devices only」

「The staff was very kind and courteous; however, the room was outdated, and the curtains had holes in them. I felt uncomfortable and even afraid to sleep in the room. Additionally, the body wash was not being replenished, so I had to go to Target to purchase more. I frequently stay at Residence Inn properties, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have had. I hope management will address these issues to improve the quality and comfort of future guests’ stays.」

「Very Clean room and the staff were nice」

「The room has a strange smell. AC is noisy too.」

「I stayed 10 days for business trip. It was clean and safe. I will stay there again when I have the same opportunity. 」
