"We were blown away by this hotel! We go to water world every year. Im so glad I didn't cheap out and kept looking at reviews. This hotel had absolutely everything and more! Free parking, free breakfast, free dinner, 3 free drinks per adult, per night, an awesome indoor/ outdoor pool and spa that was the highlight of it all!!! Staff was so nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious for having 2 queen's. The surrounding area was so clean and safe. Not a crack head in sight! So many options for shopping, food and extra activities! Go carts, arcades. Mini golf all within 7 min. Also want to note that the food was amazing! A different option every night and not cheap stuff. Simple nachos, hot dogs. Mains like tacos, pulled pork sliders, garlic chicken alfredo pasta! Sides like, bbq beans, mac and cheese, salads. Breakfast has fresh cooked eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal, waffles, begals, muffins, yogurt. Like I said, blown away! We will be staying here every year! "
"The staff was awesome and very helpful. They truly went above and beyond. Now cleanliness was on the otherhand awful i had to wipe down every surface and clean the bathroom to even fell comfortable using it. My child has a peanut allergy and among first coming in the room found old food somewhere and had a allergic reaction. Pretty disappointing of a fairly nice hotel with amazing staff, youd think cleanliness would be held to a higher standard to management. "
"We enjoyed our stay at this 4 bdrm, 2.5 bath, split-level home - super spacious with plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. A big plus for our family of 7.My 2yo grandson loved the playground equipment, a factor in choosing this property and my 2 son-in-law's thoroughly enjoyed the gameroom with the arcade machines.The decor of the bedrooms upstairs, very lovely! However, the air conditioning didn't seem to make it up there making the rooms quite warm. Yet, there were fans in each room which helped to keep us comfortable. A concern upon arriving was the childrens room wasn't vacuumed (there were either breathmints or pills under the bed) & one of the beds had a broken slat on the frame. We chose not to use that bed.Also, trash wasn't picked up prior to our arrival when it should've been. Our pre-arrival instructions noted that trash pickup occurs on Thursday, we arrived on Friday ... 3 of the 4 bins were filled to capacity.Lastly, the backyard was heavily overgrown making it un-usable.That said, the rest of the property was just what we needed for our stay & we truly enjoyed our time there.Aloha & Mahalo!"
