「Very kind staff. Helped me get a room at the last minute and was able to change the bed type upon check in. They were very helpful. They recommended great food in walking distance and tips for getting around Toronto.
The room was peaceful and quiet. I couldn't hear other quests. It has a nice clean appearance and pleasant smell. 」

The only negative remark is that even though the 2 queen size beds in our room were very comfortable, they were so high. It was hard to get into and out of.
