The host took time to make sure that I had no issue locating the place or checking in. The place was clean, with snacks provided. The checkout process was quick and easy. 「They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business」

「For DC and the prices it was good. Arrived to no toilet paper and only 2 towels. The kitchen supplies is minimal. The house itself needs lots of love. The management did a very good job of getting toilet paper and towels bonus the next day.」
