"As always the service was excellent, the room was very clean and this time we had our view towards Disneyland and were able to see the fireworks from our room. "

"We stayed in a studio suite on the ground floor. There was plenty of parking, and the check in process was smooth and pleasant. I had let the hotel know in advance that we were having an ECV delivered for my mother, and they were kind enough to charge it for us in the lobby prior to our arrival. The room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were just ok. We only stayed one night, so did not have a bed for the kitchen but it was nicely sized and well stocked. The hot water in the shower took a while to get warm, but the water pressure was good. We did take advantage of the free breakfast, which was surprisingly good for a hotel buffet meal. The morning we were there they had biscuits and gravy, and the waffle makers were a hit with our family. The only thing I was disappointed with was the coffee, but the staff/service well made up for it. Overall, for the price and walking proximity to Disneyland, I recommend this property. "

"I would not stay here again. The carpet was so dirty it made the bottom of our feet brown. The next morning woke up with a sinus headache and stuffed up nose. The bathroom faucets leaked by the valves and made all our stuff on the counters wet. The Tv had no streaming service. So we couldn’t stream any of our apps."

"Great stay at Hyatt Regency! The lobby bar had a really nice atmosphere, the building felt bright and welcoming with plenty of natural light, and having Starbucks Is great."

"Room was spotless, Beds were comfortable, breakfast was hot and & fresh, staff was really helpful, location is within 10 minutes of Disney and many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Complimentary coffee and tea all day/night in lobby. Will definitely be staying again."

"I’ve stayed at this location multiple times now, and it’s always been a pleasant experience — which is exactly why I continue coming back. The staff has always been welcoming, and I’ve consistently enjoyed my stays here. The only concern I had during this visit was with the elevator. We were assigned a suite on the third floor, and when we reached our floor, the elevator suddenly shook and made a very loud rattling noise. It honestly startled us quite a bit. I did mention it to the front desk staff, and they reassured me that it was functioning properly and is just a bit noisy. Even so, I wanted to mention it because it was a little unsettling."
